Quick delivery

Great customer service

This is a great shop. I live in ireland and my delivery arrived in just over a week where in other places it takes longer. I love the amount of choice of different brands and types of cubes in this shop. I also didnt get a confirmation email in my order and sent an email to the shop and they replied very quickly with a nice email saying i entered my email wrong and edited it for me and sent it again. This is a great shop i would definitely reccommend it.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Good packaging. But the item (Rubick' cube 8x8 Shengshou) is just a mess. Absolutely not adapted to be used as the mechanism is really hard, all the cubes are hurting themself as soon as you try to make some movements. Most of all, no label for the return, you have to pay it. Was the last time that i ill order something to Mastercube.

Please keep in mind that we are not the manufacturer of this product, the manufacturer is the brand ShengShou. We are solely the retailer of many different cube brands, not just ShengShou.

You purchased a very very budget friendly cube, which does not include any enhancements or additional functionality. We therefore recommend researching the product before making a purchase, as price and quality naturally go hand in hand.

We do not include free return labels with our shipments, and we are unsure where you obtained the information that we do, as this has never been a service we offer.
As with most online webshops, return shipping costs for regret purchases are the responsibility of the customer. We do, of course, cover return costs in cases of defects or other issues with the product.

No delivery "between the years"...

Hi.

Shipping by checkout said delivery time from Denmark to Germany about 3-4 working days... It's not shipped yet, I expect 2 weeks or more.
Should just have stated at your website "...no service end of December!".
One star, still counting the days.

You placed your order on the second day of Christmas, which is a major public holiday. For that reason, the package was not shipped until the next working day, as stated on our website. I can see that we handed the package over to the postal service on 30 12 2025.

Since then, the shipment has not received any further tracking updates, which indicates that it may have been lost in transit. Unfortunately, this can happen during very busy holiday periods.

We had not been contacted about this issue prior to today, which makes it difficult for us to act on a problem we were not aware of.

Lack of clarity

I purchased a Speed Stacks G5 Pro Timer 18 days ago and I still haven't received it. I’ve sent three emails to customer service, but they haven't even bothered to reply.

Extremely slow delivery

We ordered and paid October 30th and hoped for delivery by December 6th. I contacted customer service and they said one product was delayed by their supplier. They said the order should be complete by November 22nd. One week later the order was still not shipped. I was worried it would not arrive on time, but customer service kept asking for patience. The order was finally ready for shipment November 28th but wasn´t shipped untill December 3rd. So we had to buy other presents for our son. He was diasappointed because he did not receive any of the items on his wishlist. The order was finally deliverd today, December 17th. I think that is a very bad performance of PostNord.dk. Maybe MasterCubeStore should consider a different courier.

Great quality, good customer service

I ordered MasterCubeStore Premium Christmas Calendar 2025, despite little delay (due to backorder) it was worth to wait as this is a very big advent calendar with good quality items. I have also received a special gift for free, nice gesture. Customer service replied very quickly to my questions

Advent calendar ordered in November and still not arrived for Advent. No news from customer service

Ordered an advent calendar on November 1st.
Today is December 1st: no calendar has been delivered. No news from the customer service. When I checked the tracker yesterday (Sunday November 30th) it wasn't shipped yet. When I checked today (start of advent) it says "ready for shipping". When I reached out to customer service back mid November, they said it will ship between the 24th and the 27th. I then asked if it would make it on time for advent...but of course they didn't reply.
It's is such a bad experience: why sell advent calendars if you cannot deliver them on time for Advent?
The experience is ruined and the customer service is very poor. Reading what other unhappy customers said this year, it looks like delayed shipments are a pattern with this shop. I would definitely not order from them again and not recommend it.
Now I just hope I receive my package this week because there is a very sad family member here who started advent without their calendar, so we had a to buy a different one.

Best cubing store

Great product for an exceptional price during the Black Friday sales, even outside of the sales the prices are worth it. Initially we got a little problem with the delivery options but after leaving a message they got back immediately and fixed the problem. Because of the wide range of products I would definitely recommend.
