having never ordered from this company before i was a little aware. Website is a little clunky and delivery took longer than expected but acceptable. However, the price for the equipment was what attracted me and the product came as expected and well packaged. Fitted and tested and all very happy.

The product was as lister and at a good price. It was delivered when expected.

I placed an order that included about 8 RCBOs. I was only able to open it about a week later because I was away.
Four RCBOs were missing, so about £55 worth.
I emailed twice but had no reply and just bought them locally from CEF.
So athough they shipped fast, they didn't check the order very thoroughly.

Ordered a bathroom extract fan, different model accidentally packed and sent. Very swiftly rectified, great customer service!

Difficult to source quality electrical products as most come from overseas. I have always believed to fit the best made and SAFEST parts with anything to do with electricity. I am NOT in the trade but have used the MK brand for over 40 years. Fit the best and forget! Thank you MasterTrade for stocking MK parts and for excellent and fast service. I know where to come next! The only downside, which is not the fault of the company, is the somewhat steep delivery charge for a single item.
