I actually love the program.
Hate that it's not an application available offline. My keyboard reacts to mobile data frequencies near it. Also I live in the woods, middle of nowhere. I don't want to have to turn my internet on to use it.

I have written songs, from serious to downright silly, for some of the biggest artists of my time and genre.
"MasterWriter" is the most usable tool I have found, and I refer to it at all times.
There could not be enough stars to rate this magnificent product!

Helpful tool! Scroll would be easier to use than pages. The website on my MacBook often needs to be restarted.

I was treated with wonderful Professional courtesy, and the problem I had was very difficult and I understand that she tried to figure this thing out and couldn't so I sent off pictures hopefully that you can see the problem and they have I hope that if you can fix the size problem if you want to go ahead and increase the size of the screen that when you access the tools that you can use all of the tools that the technology is fixed where everything works such as what you would see in a word program,,
I don't know if this program is new and I'm if it is then I'm sure that there are bugs still that has to get worked out, because I've never heard of this company but what I liked what I saw and the program was relatively very easy to work and everything was working fine except for this one problem which hopefully you can figure out.
you might want to go ahead and change the font and the size set bar to be on the menu bar along with the options instead of having somebody to have to go and fish around and figure out where that font and size set bar is which I found was next to my name which is an unusual spot. it was just by happenstance that I happen to hit on it and saw it. it would be better maybe if you could put it in an area where it could be in the tool the menu bar where people then can immediately set their fonts and size with no problem

Why have I only got 2 boxes with words? and why can I not get an answer on this? I have to pay for every else.

Easy and intuitive to use, and exactly as advertised.

I’ve absolutely loved Masterwriter since getting it in the early 2000’s and. Would’ve given it five stars before it became web based. Still there are studios that I visit for cowrites, can you believe it, that have bad or even no internet plus internet can sometimes temporarily be out of service. So I land on 3 Starr’s for an amazing product being limited by an untrustworthy web platform.

Completely useless. Most of the time I put a word or phrase in, I got no results. It does nothing I can't do myself with a quiet mind & good preparation of the song subject. Waste of money.

User-intuitive interface and does everything I need. The customer support was fantastic when I needed to recover lyrics from the older CD-based version that I had lost the code to. Great program and great people!

The only things that I feel are missing, which TuneSmith offers, are a pitch tracker and the ability to search by author. I've written in to MasterWriter previously, but gotten somewhat of the brush off. Because of this, I have to use BOTH MasterWriter and TuneSmith. The thing I LOVE about MasterWriter is the rhyming dictionary and the way you can search points of interest in places around the world to include in a lyric. TuneSmith doesn't have that. If TuneSmith updates theirs, or if MasterWriter will actually DO an update (rather than relying on what's been done already), then I would leave one or the other. Until then, neither give everything I need as a songwriter.
