The van was well equipped and generally the description matched well what we obtained. We had the medium level insurance and we did not include tires and wind shield and a tire related mishap did happen.

After driving a bit on day 1, we noticed that one front tire is a bit flat but not too flat to worry about it (also we inspected it and looked like there is nothing in it). On day 2 we went to the gas station and pumped up all tires to what was recommended in the manual. However, the next morning we woke up to the car which had two completely flat tires. We called the service line and after a few hours a technician was sent. Since we had no insurance on the tires we had to make the decision which technician is being sent - price differed greatly and the one that could come on the day was the more expensive one. It turned out we got a car with defective valves. We lost most of that day (1 out of 6 days of our trip) and were not sure if we would get the money back - even though the issue was definitely not caused by us which was a bit annoying and stressful.

The rest of the trip was fine. The minor issue and potential improvement could be better sound system at the back of the car while driving (basically the person sitting at the back could hear nothing - neither the music nor the people sitting at the front) - the 3rd seat at the front would make much more sense.

When we got back to Perth, it turned out we could get reimbursed for the tire service and we even got back the money for the lost day of the trip - which made up for our bad experience earlier in the week. However, it would have been even better if the tires were properly checked by the staff beforehand. The pick up of the car seemed quite rushed as well; the car was parked in between two large vans as well, and it was almost impossible to inspect it carefully before leaving.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved the experience of driving the Maui vehicle, which is declared 2 years under on the road.
We have faced few issues such are outlined below, which could have easily checked and rectified prior to rent out the vehicle.
- unlocking and opening the external storage doors are too difficult and lot of inconveniences.
- internal cupboard fittings were broken or dismantled. We were unable to use.
- one of a overhead cupboard door latch was broken.
- the vehicle front seats were lot of sweats marks while taking from the shop. We spent a lot of time for cleaning others sweats.

Service is good. Staff are friend.
the Truck condition that we had is quite bad. Kitchen water piping was leaking.. when the car moving, the water will come out from somewhere..

Staff were very friendly and professional, knew their product and explained things well.

On pick up we were told if things broke, we could buy a reasonable replacement.
We were given the worst camp chairs ever. After purchasing the premium package. Two broke, thankfully no one was injured. We rang to confirm the purchase of replacement chairs, thank goodness, as we were told we had a $25 limit, and that was the price available at Bunnings. The closest Bunnings was over 400kms away. She old us to look around. At the time the only place that sold chairs were at $98 each and was told that absolutely was not ok. We spent hours figuring out where to go on our next drive to get a cheap chair, what a waste of time!!! The cheapest we could find was $30 and they were already breaking by the time we dropped the van off. So out of touch, especially when you are in remote Australia. Ridiculous.
Frustrated by out dated processes and the cheer lack of empathy and customer service.

So easy to rent and just get in and go. Would do it again great way to travel.

I turned up early to receive my motorhome only to be told that my vehicle wasn't ready yet and to wait.

Many hours went by and when I finally got my vehicle later that afternoon it was too late for me to get to my first destination to celebrate a very important friend's birthday.

It created a domino effect on the rest of my trip where I had to reschedule and rebook a lot of my my travel plans. It was the worst start to this dream trip that I could have imagined.

I was able to build some rapport with the team on the ground who gave me some insight into why this occurs with motorhomes being dropped off late the night before with not enough time people or resources to reset them ready for the next mornings pick ups.

The staff vibe and culture was poor. Not their fault. They had to work within the best of their limited abilities under a flawed booking system where the company doesn't allow enough turn around time from previous booking drop off to reset and have ready for the next booking.

It's a system where the customer pays the price with these delays.

I was reluctantly given a half day discount. But money was not the issue. I needed to make up valuable lost time. What was most important was my time and how I was treated along with many other customers forced into a flawed model, bottlenecked by unrealistic turn around times.

The vehicle itself was in good mechanical condition. But was not clean when handed to me. It was filthy. Again a result of poor turn around management under pressure and being rushed.

I don't recommend using this company. Find an alternative that puts the customer first over profits.

It is very good. The staff is very friendly. Had a very good trip with the campervan. My family love it

It will be good if the staff can run through how to use the equipment on the vehicle. Because the video is only show similar setup. The vehicle given have different setup.

Amazing team and customer service at Perth branch, especially German speaking staff is very helpful and great work ethic.

Charged me for an extra night for late return when the cause of the late return was a broken down vehicle

Company was notified as soon as possible and confirmed I would not be charged. On returning the vehicle they again confirmed no charges were due. One hour after leaving the depot the extra charge was debited from my credit card.

Nobody answers the phone, replies to emails or returns calls!!

Post review note: The reply provided below is not true - photos of the dashboard light showing parking brake failure were provided. Breakdown assistance was contacted to solve the problem. Company admitted it was a known issue with this model of vehicle. Hence the reason I wasn’t charged when I returned the vehicle - only after I had left. Now changing the score to 1!

Disliked waiting so long for the pickup and walk through.

The experience and convenience of the motorhome were excellent. I would recommend taking the time to have the staff walk you through all the features so you’re comfortable using everything. Looking forward to doing it again.

The vehicle was mechanically sound and in good working condition. However, it would have been beneficial if the vehicle could be levelled while camping, as finding a perfectly level campsite is not always possible.
Unfortunately, the vehicle was extremely dirty upon collection. The dishes still had food residue on them, and we also discovered used underwear inside the vehicle. This reflects poor quality control and an unacceptable standard of cleanliness. Given these circumstances, I believe a refund of the cleaning fee I paid upon returning the rental is warranted.

the van this time was good but the last x2 times i hired the van had major issues. looks like you dont do enough maintenance and you get us to do it for you. very smart thinking.

Welcoming arrival. First time in a camper van for 5 adults , good sized van that had all the equipment supplied . Would definitely use this company again.

Campervan was in very good conditions either cleanliness or mechanicals…
But waiting Time for pick up was very anoying… almost 3 hours …then the Lovely hostess realize that wasted water tank haven’t been emptied which took us us an extra hour waiting for the camper to be readyto go ! So plan to waste a day before getting ready to hit the road …
