Maybe I was hoping for too much. I love the concept and the free feeling of not wearing a tight strap around my body and underwires. And my nipples are covered, not revealed! But though I ordered large size, it doesn't feel that it'll stay put if I raise my breasts too high to ward my neck, and if I don't my breasts are hanging too low to look right. So I don't feel I can replace my bras with it for public view;)

I bought an Airpolar and it's not really cooling as promissed. i sent an email to someone local in Israel whose name is on the confirmation email that was sent to me and there was no reply

We purchased a Drone from maxdeals, via facebook on 13th May. To date the drone hasn't arrived. It was supposed to be here in 20 days give or take a few. We have tried to contact them, we did receive an email, but that was generic. We have tried to cancel the order but that seems to fall on deaf ears. Apparently they've closed their doors, but still are filling these orders. Hmmmmmm. How long do we wait. The tracking number was CNDBOXMNTNF52639

I am only providing a 3 star cause I'm still ifie about my mosquitoe repellent watch. First there was no instructions on how to charge the watch. I had to google it. I wear it when I'm outside and felt comfort wearing it without any bites thus far. It was pricey considering that right after I purchased it. Other sites had it for under $10. so was very disappointed with that. Will watch out for next time. Will update if I need too.

I emailed them about a product I never received and they answered within 2 days with a refund notice

Absolute fraud.

I ordered a wifi booster. The day I received the item it was not working and I contacted support for a refund or replacement and they said they will give me a 25% discount.

That means that I am paying 75% for a faulty piece of plastic.

I have reported to the ACCC and will continue to do everything I can to reveal the truth about this company.

I have called all the major banks and reported the business account details as a fraud company. If you have been scammed please do the same. The more reports the more serious the investigation.

Crap Scam Service From Maxdeals
Bought VisionPro Glasses which were Sub standerd Quality just because i returned back, they wanted a Photo of parcel which was already returned.
The gave an excuse they needed for insurance purposes they refused to send refund.

I bought a Wonda-Bra through Maxdeals and even with COVID-19 sweeping the world, it only took 13 days to get from China to Spokane, WA. Pretty happy with my purchase.

My order arrived in a timely manner and that's the best I can say about Max Deals. I tried a portion of what I ordered but they have as yet not given me a refund for the remaining purchase. It may say refundable but not so. They will jerk you around with numerous bogus emails. Their product wasn't even a bargin. Do not buy anything from Max Deals!!

Shocking experience with WifiBoost Order O2004ZAB0LTFL

Order placed 6th April and still nothing.... emails are answered saying “doo “ but it is now 3 months later!!

Disgusting and a total scam!!!

EDIT: The response from MaxDeals states that a refund has been made, however, no proof of refund has been emailed so if this refund is legitimate it remains to be seen.

EDIT: Surprise, surprise! No refund done!! Total scammers I tell you!! Run for the hills good people!!! Run!!

Total scam. They will not respond to any emails I send. Will not take there useless drones back for a refund. I have not even opened the box! Stay away!!!

They refuse to refund my $40 or give me the correct product. I will be giving them bad reviews everywhere I can. They are a rip off with horrible product and horrible customer service.

I received the product July 7. Took 4 weeks. The product is ridiculous waste of money. You can see the shape of it through your clothes and it looks stupid

I purchased a Smart Watch.
It arrived OK BUT:

Excellent service and communication

I really fell for it! Bought an X drone HD with great performance, at least if you can believe the ad: (there should be no links in this post, otherwise it would have been even clearer)

Of all the points they promote, very little remains. The product I received is an imitation of the brand which can be seen in the promotional video.
Their 30-day money-back guarantee is also an empty promise !!

In the meantime I have better informed myself and it turns out that it is the EAchine e58 that is for sale elsewhere for a few tens.
I have contacted their support department and have already sent a number of emails and also received an answer from the friendly employee, Mr. George Gonzalez. (if this is his real name)

The latest today is:

We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with any of our products.

The product you bought is the product we sent you. There is no other product with the same or a similar name in our store.

We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience.

We are a few days, and a few mails further.
Now got the offer of 25% refund and keep product.
Of course did not agree with that.
Now I have received an email that I can return the package by registered mail with track @ trace code. The costs of this would be € 29.30 at your own expense.
Can't find these conditions anywhere.

I can only warn everyone that it is better not to do business with Maxdeals. You get a cheap copy from China of an item that you pay fivefold.

But they are not rid of me yet :)

It has now all been resolved for me.
Thanks to Ariel, I have now got back the entire amount, and I do not have to return the drone.
The drone I ordered turned out to be a different one when it was delivered.
I am going to sell this drone and the amount I get for it will be donated to the KWF.

Van alle punten die ze aanprijzen blijft heel weinig over. Het product wat ik heb ontvangen is een imitatie van het merk wat in het promotiefilmpje is te zien.

We zijn een paar dagen, en een aantal mails verder.
Kreeg nu het aanbod van 25% terugstorten en product houden.
Ging daar natuurlijk niet mee akkoord.
Nu een mail gekregen dat ik het pakket aangetekend en met track@trace code kan terugsturen. De kosten hiervan € 29,30 zouden voor eigen rekening zijn.
Kan deze voorwaarden nergens terug vinden.

Als ik blijf vragen naar de voorwaarden van het terugzenden, krijg ik een laatste mail:

Omdat COVID 19 ons hard heeft getroffen, kunnen we niet langer blijven werken !!

Ik kan alleen maar iedereen waarschuwen dat je beter geen zaken kan doen met Maxdeals. Je krijgt een goedkope kopie uit China van een artikel waar je het vijfvoudige voor betaald.

Maar ze zijn nog niet van mij af :)

Het is nu, voor mij, allemaal opgelost.
Dankzij Ariël heb ik nu het gehele bedrag teruggekregen, en hoeft de drone ook niet terug.
De drone die ik besteld had bleek inderdaad een andere als die geleverd is.
Ik ga deze drone verkopen en het bedrag wat ik ervoor krijg wordt gedoneerd aan het KWF.
Hier houd het voor mij op!!!!!

Shopping was made easy. I have to give that. Goods did not arive, 4PX, the chargo carrier says that parcel has been delivered 14.6. to Liege Belgium. Maybe, delivery address was Pori Finland.
Parcel came at last to given address. Late but at least it came.
Goods meet the description well, so I’m guite happy with the outcome.

I ordered on 17th June n received on 27th , tracking app was easy to follow after about 5 days , After ordering my xDrone HD , I went online and read some bad reviews but as a 1st time buyer I can honestly say from placing my order i received it in about 10days, I'm also 100% happy with it and I'm thinking of ordering more for Xmas presents for grandsons. 100%

Arrived really quickly, but only came this morning, so I haven't had time to try it out.
