Scam!
Scam!! Ordered a Thermosense thermometer only to have a child's toy arrive. I ordered this through the "official" Thermosense Australia website, thinking it was Australian based. How silly! Once ordered the invoice came from Maxdeals with the name of the company BX Holdings based in Hong Kong. Followed up numerous times regarding shipping, to be fobbed off with generic emails "due to virus we will respond to your email soon". It finally arrived but gee whizz it didn't work. It looked like a bloody toy!! Don't trust any of the Thermosense sites - they are all a scam!

Order never came
It's been several months since I last posted here about MaxDeals. I ordered a SafeMask on March 20 and it never arrived - despite my being bombarded with with boilerplate language assuring me, as of several weeks ago - that it would arrive by May 6 - May 8. Per my previous posts here, my credit card was charged $39.90. The tracking numbers they gave me showing it coming via Singapore Post do not work, so I have no way of knowing WHERE this mask is or if this is just a big scam. Whoever reads this from MaxDeals (it's obvious somebody does), this is order #02003USLT3G8K. Singapore Post #LFO43321634SG.

Crooks
My cheap, plastic infrared thermometer arrived weeks late and was defective. After emails back and forth, I was instructed to take photos of the box, thermometer, and to make a video showing the thermometer not working. After receipt of this video, they have asked me to return the thermometer to China, insured and with tracking!!
Their website was adorned with American flags and gave the impression this was a quality product. These people are crooks. Don’t buy from them.

Terrible customer service
If I could put nil stars I would.
They sent me a tracking number that didn’t exist, changed the delivery address, then I heard nothing for weeks. Suddenly, up popped a message to say my order was on its way, when I queried the order, they didn’t even get the order details correct.
I have requested a refund which I doubt I will get, it will give me great pleasure to take this company to the small claims court.

I tried to contact you via the email…
I tried to contact you via the email address you provided in the comment to my complaint. The email came back with the following message:
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
emailaddress not allowed to be shown
550: 5.7.1 Relaying denied
Basically there is nothing you can do to make me a satisfactory customer. You did not send what I ordered - sending me crappy paper masks instead of the reusable ones that cost $99.99 for six. I have already replaced the masks and Paypal gave me a refund - so that is it - I just hope no one else orders anything from your company because it seem you have a lot of unhappy customer complaints on Trustpilot!!!!

It is in the mail!! Frustrations on arrival
You keep asking me to review my purchase - so far I have not received the item but the tracking suggests it is in transit.
After two months it arrived. Sorry it does not fly - only three oi the rotors work. I found the instructions very sketchy and have no idea how to download the ap for the phone. It wants me to scan a bar code and this is something I have no idea as to how to do.

SaniTron phone sanitizer
Received a SaniTron phone sanitizer from MaxDeals and it doesn't work. Tried to e-mail them twice to request procedure to return and no response. They do not stand up to their money back guarantee, or hassle/question free resolution.
Money down the drain....huge SCAM!

I gave one star because once you buy something they forget all about you. I tried to change the delivery address but there was no way they would do it. Maxdeals sucks out loud.

This better not be a scam. Only ordered yesterday so we will see. I will keep you informed.
Maxdeals/Cleanix say “customer is king”—DON’T BELIEVE IT!!
Maxdeals/Cleanix say “customer is king” and “Our money-back guarantee allows for hassle/question-free resolution of any issues”...DONT BELIEVE IT! On 3/30/2020 I cancelled an order and asked for a refund. The order was shipped to me anyway. I REFUSED DELIVERY OF THE ORDER when it arrived, and the post office returned it to sender. As of 5/23/20, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! They have NOT LIVED UP TO THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OR HASSLE/QUESTION FREE RESOLUTION WITH ME!! Don’t believe it like I did!
