Great beanbag kids love it would buy again

Unfortunately had to return the beanbag fillers, got approval from Customer Service and returned the items. 3 weeks later and 6 attempts via Maxibean, 1 complaint to the Shop app, a formal complaint to the Managing Director of Home & Garden Products and an email to Trading Standards to FINALLY get my refund

When my emails weren't being ignored, the tone of the responses were rude and abusive. Whoever sits behind the faceless 'Customer Service' desk is doing this company no favours. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered two children's beanbags and when they arrived neither was the colour pictured on the website: one was pink rather than purple, the other was a much darker orange than shown in the photos.
Trying to return them is really hard! MaxiBean requires you to arrange (and pay for) your own delivery back, but the parcels are too large for most standard couriers and cause issues even with couriers who technically accept this size - I tried two couriers and five drop-off points and eventually gave up.
If you order from this company, you'd better be prepared for the beanbags to be a completely different colour than what is pictured, as returning them is nigh on impossible

The bags are as described and good quality. They were dispatched promptly. One had a mark across one side…slight soiling along a fold during storage. Maxibean offered a 50% reduction if I wished to keep it. Great customer service.

Ordered and according to dpd just sat in depot. Called maxibean over ten times.. zero customer service just rings off!! Also sent numerous emails on Thursday and got an automated message on Saturday at 6am saying they closed.. poor service from a company that offers nothing other companies provide. At minute my opinion is avoid and shop else where. If I get item that I doubt I will I will change review rating

Never dealt with company like this. Bean bag super small despite them claiming for 2-3kids. Returned unused, perfect condition, paid for Royal Mail tracked, it’s 1 month now and Royal Mail tracked it as delivered to them, no communication, no refund ….disgusting behaviour.

Really pleased with these my grandsons will love them. Better quality than expected

Amazing value and fast delivery

Impossible to get hold of anyone despite trying multiple times. The phone number results in an autimated message saying to email, emails get no response and no-one responds to the online contact forms either.

First time user & everything was great. I was looking for a small bag to refill some bean bags & most places only offered 1 cubic feet which was too many. I only needed 0.5 & Maxibean had just what I needed at a superb price & they are made in the UK to high standards. What’s not to like? Ordering was easy as website is clear & easy to use. Dispatch was very quick & arrived in no time. Recommended.
