Waited in all day for delivery and DPD lied and said they'd tried to deliver but hadn't. Contacted Maxibean and no response, if they had responded I'd also have also told them about the box arriving ripped, by some miracle the item wasn't damaged. Maybe change your carrier and respond to emails, doesn't give me much confidence to order again.

Very comfortable

Large maxi bean bag ordered that is two in one, I ordered blue as per the photo on the advertisement but received grey. I was quite surprised by the very blunt message received from customer services and no offer to correct the order. They also acknowledged that there is no photo for the grey item, which leads me ask why have I been sent grey? - I personally wouldn’t recommend this company based on this interaction and I’m quite disappointed given its not a cheap item. Customer service or satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a consideration which is very disappointing as a new customer

Superb!! You don’t have to fill them. They come ready filled. I’ll never buy beanbags anywhere else!!

I couldn’t believe how fast it arrived but the bed it’s self I have had to turn it onto the zip side otherwise my granddaughter who is 7 ends up on the floor because it ends up flat for some reason I don’t know if others have experienced it, great service carnt fault that

Easy to order and delivered promptly thanks

Received a faulty item and emailed customer service multiple times to return the beanbag with a hole in and there is no response.

They originally offered a replacement which never arrived and I still have the damaged item waiting to be returned for over 3 weeks. Incredibly poor customer service.

No response to at least 7 emails apart from their automated 'we've received your email'.

I've bought multiple beanbags from this company in the past so I'm surprised that they treat a returning customer in this way. Spend your money elsewhere.

My son is very pleased with his bean bag and finds it very comfortable to sit on when gaming or watching a movie.

These bags are superb! Not too big, sturdy, versatile and a good price

Ordered the wrong size cover, so paid for the return as it was my error.
Although I have proof of delivery I have had no confirmation or a refund.

Easy ordering, swift delivery, item well packaged and as expected

Good price, fast delivery and perfect for my 6 year olds bedroom. She finds it very comfortable and loves the pocket in the side to put her tv remote control so it can't get lost.

I found just the right size outdoor beanbag and although many of the colours were not available I did pick a lovely orange one. The price was good and despite not paying for it, I got next day delivery! The beanbag looks to be of good quality with a double zipped bag and velcro. It did have a very strong smell straight out of the box but that soon went after a day or so in the fresh air.
