Excellent service offered by Harper

Excellent service offered by Harper. Makes it easier to order different sizes of items without having to wait weeks for a refund. I have used them twice and I think it's an excellent concept and service.

They say they value their…

They say they value their customers......Offered a gift card for a faulty dress that was probably worn 3 times!
Though under the Consumer Rights Act it should be refunded!
Shocking quality fabric that has bubbled internally.
I don't wish to purchase anything else, due to my experience
Refusing to refund me and completely ignoring emails, from me asking how to send a very recent order back again of poor quality.
Button has already fallen off a top and faded in the wash.
After again another recent order of a jacket that shrunk in the wash and the fabric was awful.
Not a company I would reccomend if customer satisfaction and high quality fabric is important to you.
You feel like you are imposing!
Appreciate your customers ME + Em!!
I certainly will not be returning to be treated like I have.
Disgusting customer service or lack off!

Harper excellent idea!

Love Harper especially as I went to the shop on the Kings Road to try on a few dresses but they had no stock in any size. so had to order on line. Sadly all went back as I am a petite 5’2 and the scale of the clothing length, sleeve length, length of body, swamped me and would need expensive alterations to make them fit. Given the expense of the pieces, this seems ridiculous, especially cutting off cms of lovely, expensive fabric. I always see designs I like but wish you could develop a petite range. Harper excellent idea as stock in shops seems poor. Sometimes I just need to look at an actual piece and I will know if it will be suitable for me.

I love the clothing

I love the clothing. I enjoy wearing whatever I have purchased. The styles are current, but with a flair.
Mostly I applaud Saudee. I shop at the Soho store. She is extremely helpful. She helps put together outfits based on my body type. She has excellent taste. She is one of the reasons my friend and I shop at the store. We travel from Long Island, anywhere from 60to 90minutes.

Exceptional Customer Service

I buy from ME&EM frequently for their quality, style and design. I bought a cashmere top which unfortunately had a weave fault. I spoke to the customer service team who very promptly and efficiently advised how to return and exchange within 2 hours. A replacement was on the way the very next day. Their customer service team were exceptional and I thank you for dealing with my issue so quickly. Good service is rare!

Exactly my style

Exactly my style, looks effortless and I always find a right piece for any opportunity. Love the fabrics and tailoring quality. Hard to resist not to order from every collection. In any case, browsing through all the models is a great inspiration for a week ahead.

Refunds take far too long !!!!!

I actually really like Me and Em clothes but given that the Manchester shop had very little in the way of range, i end up ordering online. The delivery is quick but the trying to get your money back for a returned item is painful. I have sent two items back on 7th April and still have not had a refund. Given the expense of the items i find this incredibly awful customer service. All other retailers endeavour to give you a refund asap but waiting for up to 15 days as is their policy has put me off shopping. I do actually like two other dresses but am looking at alternative websites as I cant face another 3 weeks of waiting for a refund of they dont fit. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to get a refund in this day and age and for such an expensive brand. Feels very poor and not in like with the brand image tbh.

Clothes are beautifully made but no real petite options

Clothes are beautifully made and they use ‘Harper Try Before you Buy’ which means I can order multiple pieces without paying, try them on at home and send back any that aren’t suitable before money is taken (an absolutely excellent idea). However, at 5.2” tall I had to send all pieces back as they were far too long for me.

Outstanding service and clothes quality

I have recently ordered few pieces from Me&Em using their try before you but service. The delivery was superb and quick the packaging very safe almost a double box protecting the items inside from damaging at transport. The clothes were fabulous and I really liked one dress only two dresses on me but I ordered the wrong size and they didn’t have the one I needed to get. I will definitely try it again. Love the quality of the clothes and every detail that went behind to prepare such service. Very impressed!

I’m so pleased with Me and Em

I’m so pleased with Me and Em. Their garments are thoughtfully designed and beautifully made. Their concierge service is so helpful, just send for your whole wish list, choose and return what doesn’t work for you and pay at that point for what you keep. No endless to and fro with parcels and refunds.

I love the Rodeo Drive location

I love the Rodeo Drive location. Summer was great, she knows the merchandise. She made great suggestions and accommodated my travel schedule and shipped my items so that they would arrive once I was home. Entire staff very friendly’

I am a fan!

I have been purchasing clothing from ME+EM for at least 3 years. Style wise, the pieces are a seamless blend of classic and up-to-the-minute. For example, an A- line style dress is made in innovative shades of blue or green with border trim details. Most of the clothes travel extremely well and provide options for jackets or zipped vests that gives versatility. One request: it seems most of the models pictured have dark hair. I’m a blond and would like to see how some of the colors work with lighter hair shades. I do not live near a store, so that would be helpful. Ordering from ME+EM is easy and efficient. I am a fan and at age 73 and tall, these clothes look great on me. Thanks!

Beautiful clothes in lovely fabrics and…

Beautiful clothes in lovely fabrics and the range refreshes very regularly which is great.
I prefer shopping in store especially for trousers as I always have trouble getting the fit of these correct as I am an unusual shape so end up returning more than I'd like. But once I hit upon a good fit/style I often purchase more than one pair!

Me and Em never disappoints

Me and Em never disappoints. I live in a hot climate so many of the clothes aren’t suitable but their lightweight summer clothes are fabulous. The cut of the trousers is superb and I can always find something to buy! The current colour palette is lovely. Their cashmere for winter when I’m visiting the UK or Europe is excellent. If I have one suggestion it would be to offer different trouser lengths as I am short - 5’ - there are occasional items but not necessarily what I’d choose. I’ve had some Me and Em clothes for over 10 years
