All the staff at MEC are very friendly, helpful and fast at getting your health requirements authorised. Mandy Steadman in particular has been an absolute gem the past few weeks getting me through a few difficult moments and seeing me through all the procedures required. I would definitely recommend MEC to anyone. Excellent service!

I’ve in particular I’ve had so much support from Nina, Fiona, Nina and Mandy; they are a credit to the company and their role.

Fiona at MEC is absolutely amazing - super efficient, really organised and really reassuring to talk to. She has been really helpful in guiding me through the process of scheduling appointments, etc. She's also just lovely to talk to and really excellent at her job so every time I need to make a call, if she's the one on the phone I know I'm in good hands.

I am pleased to have Mandy as my correspondent with my issues/enquiries.she had been so pleasant when dealing with any of them over the years and cant oraise her enough for her prompt polite replies.

Fabulous experience with MEC, Mandy is friendly & informative and always ensures you have all the information you need.

This service is really easy and stream line especially because of Mandy Steadman. She has managed my account since I started at my current company and has made is clear and easy to understand what I need to do.

She's great as she takes full ownership - replies to emails within a hour on average, communicates information/templates what i need to do.

Both Mandy & Fiona have been fantastic in dealing with my medical insurance claim. They have both been excellent at taking me through the process, explaining the different steps and ensuring that I am regularly updated.

I have recently used MEC via the health insurance provided by my employer. Responses have been quick and efficient and I have never had to chase anything up. Information given is clear and the team members I have dealt with have been very helpful. Part of my treatment could not be authorised at the time because it was booked after the policy renewal date so they said they would be in touch after the renewal with the authorisation. From experience this is something I thought I would have to chase up but the authorisation came through earlier than expected without having to do any follow up which was a breath of fresh air.

Exceptional service which makes dealing with insurances, extremely easy and hassle free. Friendly, convenient and helpful. I cannot thank MEC (specifically Nina) enough for their continued support! Always professional, polite and efficient.. 5 stars from me!
