Michaela has been amazing from start to finish during my mortgage process. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She has spent a great deal of time speaking to me to find a product that suited, and gone to great lengths to also help other areas of the house buying process move along smoothly (when solicitors are dragging their feet as I’m sure most people know is common!). I can’t recommend her services enough, I would have happily paid twice her fee for the work she has put in

Rebecca was amazing from the start, at the time we first made contact I wasn't ready to move forward but as time went on she gave me little nudges always reassuring me to do this only when the circumstances were right. When we did go ahead, Rebecca was flexible with availability and was my memory - I forgot things a lot - but she did remind me with sensitivity and always stayed compassionate and professional. I have told her she is amazing and could not have gone through this process without her. I was supported every step of the way!!
