From the first phone call, it really felt like Rebecca really cared about doing her best for me. She guided me through the initial stages, and has checked in regularly all the way to completion. The process seemed so simple and stress free, for which I am really grateful.

Viraj has been helpful right from the very beginning and explained the process of buying a property and exactly what would be required from us. Even though our mortgage application required extra documents due to the nature of my husbands work, Viraj was patient throughout (he even had to run our AIP again as the first one expired but he did this without any hassle at all). We were kept informed about our application at each stage from beginning to end.
