medmate has been very easy and conveniant to use when accessto local doctors is near impossible in short term

I recently used Medmate for the first time because I needed a script for meds I ran out of. It was surprisingly easy, cheap and fast! I got a follow up call from nurse Emmi the next day checking in on me which made me feel like a real patient. I highly recommend!

Super easy to contact at any time and all staff so far have been very helpful, particularly Emmi. You don’t feel like you are alone on your journey.

I work long hours and find it hard to get some time to myself and this is what made Medmate so great. Everything was sorted for me over the phone. Nurse Alisha made everything so easy and stress free. She was a pleasure to work with so very helpful and the doctors done a great job too!

What a great service. As people know, in rural Australia it can be especially difficult to get to see a doctor at short notice and Med Mate fills the gap nicely. It is also very affordable. I understand that sometimes a visit to the doctors is advisable so that they can physically examine you, but times when you are just trying to shake a nagging cough or just need to get a script for an ongoing issue, then Med Mate is for you.

Always very helpful. I often don’t have time to go all the way to the doctors for repeat scripts so being able to get them with Medmate is super helpful and they’re always lovely to deal with!

The practice is engaging and responsive to my requests in good time. I've used telehealth and got scripts. The doctor's don't hesitate to refer for follow up if required.

Medmate is so good their service is really great. I even got a follow up call from their nurse Emmi who was lovely to talk to. I have never had follow up care after a gp appointment. It's also just really easy to use.

Quick and easy, such a positive experience! Only point was the first doctor I spoke with was hesitant to prescribe antibiotics. The second was completely comfortable with it.

The wait time is short and the experience Drs go through your symptoms with you to ensure you are getting correct diagnosis.

Hi , we have 1 car at home and my husband takes it to work . This Medmate service is convenient and a great help . Before I used to take Uber to the medical centre and it was a financial stress for my family .

Fantastic service every time. Staff who listen and understand what is going on.

First Experience doing online consultation as well as getting prescription and it was easy and effective. Customer service is precise and well mannered. Doctor Ken is very kind ,caring and taking the time to speak to me as well as Nurse Emmi Asano. She is very nice, thorough and helpful. She put me at ease and give me advice on to what I need to do the next time I need a repeat prescriptions. Overall great experience. Highly Recommended!

My experience with these guys was great! They seem very caring and thorough. I got my appointment in an hour and med cert straight after that. The next day I got a follow up call from nurse Emmi to see how I was doing which was free! I'd definitely recommend

Medmate is fantastic! It's so helpful and affordable. I also got a free follow up call a few days after from a nurse checking in which I have never experienced before from a health service. I am so glad I found them! I had to leave a 5 star review! I highly recommend them!
