I had a great experience with these guys. The doctor was very thorough and I got my appointment and script super quick. I also got a follow up call from a nurse checking in on me a for a discount code! It's only 25 bucks already for a consult and script should have better reviews on hear I swear!

Not only do they prescribe the wrong medicine, but they gouge for additional fees for every medicine they prescribe. Worst of all, for repeat scripts or on-going medications they demand a consultation and extra fees. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Biggest online fraud company. Asked for a repeat script and I was told that it will be delivered to the pharmacist in 2 weeks. Its been almost a month now and the script has not yet been delivered yet. They are not even replying on emails. Totally devastated with fraud online claims. Complete waste of money and time.

Absolutely appalling service. Waited literally HOURS for no one to even call me and then had to go to urgent care/hospital instead. This place is a FRAUD and a CON and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I needed a medical cert for work, paid $2.50 extra to pick time of phone call, first available was in 2hrs. Got a call on time and medical cert sent to my email within the hour.
I would recommend for medical certs.

Issued a completely useless prescription (despite being given clear instructions about daily dosage) and then refused to amend the script or refund me for the cost of the consultation. Will never use again.

Medmate Weight Management clinic. No medicare consult refund as advised today that they are classed as a private medical service apparently. Medication & consult cost twice as much as your own Pharmacy/GP. Medication not working either so not sure if it is dodgy mix. In regards to their reply below, I was offered no follow up coaching, just invoiced for another lot (without any follow up) and $300 does not equate to a free consult to me, nothing mentioned about qualifying for a free program. Still no weight loss either.

Spoke to doctor who rang at 5 am , he was rude and arrogant , i was treated with total lack of respect and in a very negative way by the doctor, he did not prescribe the medication and hung up. Will never use medmate again, digracefull service and attirude.

I live in a rural area and don't have a car. It's time-consuming and difficult for me to get the medication I need to get through the day. Recently I travelled the usual 2 hour distance to get my script and my Dr wasn't even there... Fortunately Medmate came to the rescue, I filled out a simple request form and was called back early the next morning allowing me to obtain my script and get to the local pharmacy in a much shorter period than usual!

Says to expect a call between 2-4 hours. They never called after 4.5hrs. I rang and asked for a refund. They couldnt even say when somebody would call.
Terrible.

The 2-4 hour wait time is so far 6 hours so I've asked for a refund - apparently that wait is 4-6 weeks so perhaps I will get a resolution when we've colonised Mars. I can't leave my phone. I really want to have a shower but I can't - must stay glued to the phone in the unlikely event someone calls to provide a stock standard medication. In the time it took to book and wait for this appalling service, I could've seen an actual doctor, studied for a degree in medicine, and prescribed myself off the shelf medication

Useless, pointless & disappointing.

Script appointment was fine, $20, no problem. The issue came when I got to the chemist, then went back 25 minutes later, they told me the script would be full price as the online GP had failed to apply a PBS approval number to it. It would be $60 instead of $12.
Called Medmate, they said they would help immediately. Waited 20 minutes, NOTHING. Called the chemist back later, no PBS had been phoned through. Had to wait 24 hours, called Medmate AGAIN who then got me a second GP call, just to go through the whole process again to get the script.
Five phone calls and 36 hours later I finally have a working PBS script.
Just get onto My Medicare and get a phone consult with your regular GP, it's less stress.

Do not order online medicines from here! Waiting for more than 3 hours for a 60 minutes express delivery service. And not just this, their call representatives are told to lie that the delivery was not attended. I was in constant contact with the pharmacy and they were waiting for the uber driver and on the other site their call representative lied to me about the failed delivery attempt. I was waiting for the order just beside the main door.
No check and balance on them, and even they will make their problems your problems.
Walk/drive for hours but do not buy any medicine through them online.

Terrible service website states 2/4 hours still waiting, unable to call phone number doesn’t work and email says 24 hours to reply however money has been taken out of my account, I definitely won’t be using again.
Very disappointed!

My experience is not good I been waiting over 24 hrs and called multiple times and left messages I would recommend instantscript you get you medical certificate in a few hrs without any hassles and its25% cheaper.
1st and last time with these clown's.

Avoid at all cost! Wait he’s 7 hours no call. I called on 2 occasions only to be told answered by off shore call center. When questioned where they were always told Melbourne, on further questions was told no offshore. No Dr available, Dr won’t prescribe anything other that over the counter Medication. If I had know that would have gone to Chemist. Make a Telhealth appointment and safe the frustration.
