I don't know why Channel 7 would say that some people received their RAT tests the same day of the order. My order said I would receive it today, but when I tried to call them, the automated system said it would now take two weeks. Don't waste your time with this company.

Had Covid and had no way of getting any medication. Saw Medmate on the news on Thursday night and placed an order Friday morning and had it within 60 mins. Great result as I was about to run out of my prescription later that day. Will order from again happily! Thanks for the great service keep it up!!

Super useful and a great service. Has been super helpful during covid when stuck in isolation and needing more asthma medication.
Also has been one of the only places ive been able to get RATs from.
Will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family.

Great concept and a genuine lifesaver when I was stuck at home unwell. Had no issues throughout the whole process and highly recommend this service.

Easy ordering system. Pharmacies nearby ran out of stock so got it delivered with Medmate instead, saved me time driving around.

Ordered RATs. Got 4 instead of 5. Oder description was very generic. Cannot contact them as they do not respond to their contact form or answer the phone. Will not use again.

Looking to get simple pharmacy items quickly. Ordered some heat pads on priority delivery and they arrived in about 40 minutes. They followed up by phone later in the day to make sure I got them.

Compare this to the cough syrup I ordered earlier in the week from an unnamed online pharmacy. I paid for expedited delivery (for a similar cost to medmate's 60 minute delivery) and that took almost 3 days to arrive.

Definitely my new go-to for online pharmacy. Wish I knew about them when I ordered the cough syrup.

PS: their website needs work. You basically need to sign up, then fill your basket and go to the checkout. I did it in reverse order initially and when I signed up at the checkout it lost my order.

Placed an order I received no email confirmation. I tried to contact via phone or the contact us option on website no luck no response at all to all the messages but so quick to take payment. So I really have no idea what is going on with the order as there is no confirmation. It’s frustrating

Cannot track order.

Keeps saying that either my email address or the order number isn't valid even though I got it all from the email statement from my email.

I purchased the express delivery which is being advertised delivery in 60 minutes which was hours ago.

very Bad. I ordered products and paid the full amount but the only some items were delivered and some are not. When called to get the refund for the undelivered items no one answered. Left a message about the issue yet no one responded. I don't know if they are going to refund my money or not. I will never use Medmate again.

Great idea in theory, but an appalling service. I placed an order via the app around 9am for 60minute delivery of important blood pressure medications. I allowed for a bit of a delay due to COVID so around 11:30 I called the pharmacy and they had no record of my order. I contacted MedMate who said the pharmacy I had selected was not participating. I explained that I only selected that pharmacy because it was the first that came up on the app. If it was not a participating pharmacy then why have it on your list?! So they explained they’d find another pharmacy and send it to them and I would have my medication in another 60minutes. 2 hours later and I called the second pharmacy and they, too, had no record of my order. So I called MedMate again who had no explanation and offered no real apology or solution. So I asked for a refund. So, great idea in theory if it works, however it failed miserably and now at 4:30 on a Friday, I have no way of getting my medication as I’ve missed the cut-off delivery times for other pharmacies. I’ll be telling everyone I know to steer clear of MedMate!

Got my meds and pharmacy essentials delivered straight to my door!

Pain killers delivered within an hour when I couldn't leave home. The company even rang the pharmacy to check if they had a product for me. Will definitely order again when needed!

Ran out of Panadol & Zyrtec and urgently needed for the family. Found this app and got the items delivered to my doors within 15 minutes!

Would recommend it!
