Everyone talks about the outstanding service from Amazon and American Express, but I feel they will all soon be speaking about how amazing Medusa Auto Detailing is.

My experience with Medusa was excellent. The way they communicated ahead of the visit was easy and no messing about when discussing the price.

Leo was the chap who did the job on the car and he was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire clean. His attention to detail was brilliant and he did an excellent job. I did the enhanced detailing and the before and after was mind blowing. The entire job took seven and half hours and no part of the cleaning process was missed.

I strongly recommend these guys as they are clearly pro's at what they are doing.

Ps... they even came to do the job on my car on Christmas Eve!

These guys are incredible. The job they do is unreal. Attention to detail is great. Used them twice on my wife’s car. First time when she bought it they managed to get rid of the cigarette smell and dog hair from previous owner. And now do a yearly full valet.

Lewis arrived before the appointment time, so the experience was already off to a great start.
Once he arrived, Lewis was very courteous and friendly, as well as carrying out a great job on the New Car Protection detailing that I had requested. Helped remove some marks that had etched in to the top coat and was done in line with the scheduled finish time. He clearly has a passion for detailing as well as cars.
Overall, very satisfied with the service carried out and will be a repeat customer for detailing with Medusa and Lewis.

Booked a new car detail. Easy to do on the website and easy to fix date and time. Lewis is a first class operator and did an A+ job. Happy to use them again.
