It really is that good New favorite mascara! Discovering tubing mascara was a game changer for my semi-sensitive, contact-wearing eyes, and I’ve been trying pretty much every brand formulation I can get my hand on. Search is over, as Alleyoop is my new favorite! I had actually ordered a few different products from Alleyoop, but the mascara was what I was most excited for, and sadly it was the one item missing from my shipment. Customer Support rep April was quick to help and make it right, and I am so happy because absolutely LOVE this mascara and will be a loyal customer from here on out! One swipe gives amazing length, two swipes really amps up the volumes, and it lasts all day with no migration, yet still wipes off easily at the end of the day. Give it a try!

Alleyoop's mascara is my favorite, hands down. Better than any other tubing mascaras I've tried. (I've tried a LOT.)
Beyond that, their customer service is prompt, kind, and thorough. Their top notch CS alone is worth more to me than anything else.

Alleyoop was so quick to resolve a minor issue with my order, they were courteous and kind in our communication. Best of all though is that the products are beyond excellent! My lashes have never looked stronger and longer

I have tried SO many different tinted sunscreens. Two things it is extremely hard to find: An exact skin color match, and the perfect amount of coverage. Well, this sunscreen is it. The coverage is absolutely AMAZING that you won’t even need a powder or foundation. It also gives a beautiful glow and it feels so wonderful knowing that there are clean ingredients in this sunscreen and I’m getting all the protection my skin needs. I don’t believe I’ve ever bought anything from this line, but I know I will be now! I’ll be a regular customer for this product, because it exceeded my expectations in every way. And listen, I don’t even leave reviews…. So that tells you just how great this product is!!! Buy it!!!!! You will not regret it.

First, don't generalize that this is "makeup for young people" just because the models are. I'm 67 and loving the skin tint with SPF, mascara, and especially 11th Hour eyeshadow sticks! They glide on and last all day. I'm switching entirely to sticks from palettes as they are so easy. Sharpener in the base so you can use them as eyeliner. Customer service is incredible - there was an item missing from my order and they not only responded to my email immediately, but also sent the missing item without hassle. Definitely recommend all ages try Alleyoop makeup!

Also, I have tried a TON of mascaras in my day, and theirs is the one I keep going back to... it is by far the best. Natural looking, but volumizing... never clumps, and doesn't smudge or leave you with raccoon eyes even in high humidity situations

Horrible mascara! Read all the reviews of this vs Thrive and I thought I would give it a try. NOT EVEN close to Thrive. Melts off in any kind of heat

Not as volumizing as I would have hoped, but it is buildable and doesn't smear after lots of laughter. I wore this last night when with friends. This product comes off easily when removing make up. I would repurchase the mini to have in my purse on the go!

Return process was incredibly easy. I was skeptical of the whole pen pal thing, thought it was a gimmick but it worked surprisingly well.

So far it doesn't disappoint I've been using allyoop about 2 weeks, comparing to 2 similar mascaras, and so far it does not disappoint. No clumps, nice lengthening, comes off cleanly. I'll wait to see how it's going at 2.5-3 months and then decide if I'm going to switch.

I have bad allergies and sensitivities that sometimes make wearing typical mascara a nightmare. So far, Alleyoop's mascara has been just as pretty but not as goopy.

The brown mascara is fantastic. I have strawberry blonde hair and black mascara is too dark for my complexion. The brown shade from Alleyoop looks great on me and could have been formulated just for me , it looks so good on. Also it doesn’t clump like I’ve experienced with other brands and last all day. I also wear contacts and it doesn’t run or bother my eyes in any way
A definite 10 out of 10!! I would get one today and look fantastic too!!

Customer service is top notch! Requested a refund as I wasn’t sure about this product. Super friendly, genuinely care what the customer has to say. In fact, the service was so good. I decided to give it another go before proceeding with the refund. And honestly, I judged too soon. Curl lashes first then put on mascara as this has a lengthening effect for sure but does not curl, it’s clean more natural looking and buildable (within reason). I am a previous thrive customer, love their product but my eyes do not… super irritated. As for the lash nourishing portion with Alleyoop I cannot say, as I have only used it twice so far. Only downside, it’s a bit messy trying to get off. That may be some trial and error on my part though. Overall, would recommend this product for a more natural, but put together look.

The brown tubing mascara is excellent, doesn't flake or fade and is buildable! The eyeshadow crayon stays on for 24 hours as well as the mascara (not that you should be doing that!) I chose the skin tint light to medium coverage in the wrong color and Alleyoop recommended I take the quiz, and is sending me the correct color. The SPF lip gloss is the best ever! Most SPF chapsticks and glosses have a chemical taste, this has none.

Thrive is just messy and clumpy and Alleyoop is mascara bliss. Soft and feathery application and a solid tube removal. I have a favorite mascara again, finally. ✅ 🙃

I absolutely love this mascara! I’ve had friends ask me what I’m using, so that speaks even better about how great it looks. I get volume without the clumps, each lash getting coated well with a feathery and natural looking result. It’s definitely the only mascara I’ll ever use again!

I ordered through the company and there was a misunderstanding. I asked for a refund and they provided on instantly. They then sent me the mascara and color that I wanted. THE MASCARA IS AMAZING. I will definitely be purchasing again.

If I could give this company a 0-star rating, I would. This company is horrible. They do not care about their people or the quality of the product.

They terminate people despite valid reasons. They terminate people just like that, despite you working with them for 5 years. They do not care about the contribution made, the trust, and loyalty. They cut you right away from your job without a heads up. They do not have the decency to give people a chance to look for a new job just because they feel like doing it.

Stop lying to people about how clean your product is. This is a disgusting company!

Terrible company! The customer service does not reply, I wanted to return a try now product from them and since they didn’t respond to let me know how to return it I was charged for the order!! Very frustrating!!
