I am not one to leave reviews but I don't want people to get caught out like I have. I ordered 2 swimsuits after measuring and following their size chart, to
make sure I ordered the correct size, to then need to return them as they did not fit. The whole return process is unusual and complicated. Eventually I spoke with someone from the support team via email for them to say I am unable to return the items as I am in the UK, however the parcel.was labelled as posted in the UK. Eventually they said they will provide a gift card that has no expiry date and to keep the swimsuits. A few months later I decided to order a dress, top and beach bag, but unfortunately the dress did not fit and they are now refusing to refund me as their policy does not allow returns if purchased with a gift card. This frustrated me as they told me I had to have the card and I was not made aware of the refund policy on accepting this. I will never use this company again. I am now stuck with 2 swimsuits and a dress I have no use for.

Shipping/return/customer service issue
After discovering they shipped my package to the wrong address, it was being returned to their warehouse. Through email I was told I could pay to have it re-shipped or could get a refund but have the shipping cost taken out(meanwhile it was already back in their possession). The customer service is absolute awful. Back and forth through email so many times without answering my questions or offering any support. When I asked to speak to someone else numerous times, I was completely ignored. They are absolutely AWFUL.

I ordered 3 suits from this company based on my measurements. I needed to return 2 due to the fit. I had to haggle with customer service to do a return because they offered a discount code then a partial refund. After finally providing refund instructions, it took 2 months for my refund to be issued. I never received an update or follow up to my refund and I continually had to reach out for an update on my order. Very difficult to work with.

I purchased a costume that after wearing once it split down the side! I have emailed numerous time telling me I should have returned in 15 days and again they have offered me £12, and then £20!
I have spoken to trading standards and they have advised me to go to my bank and get a bank charge back! They can authorise this with the relative information provided.
I don’t think it’s acceptable paying for a costume of nearly £40 and wearing it only once for the stitching to come away from the seam. I have even sent a photo of this item to them.
Very disappointed with this site and I think everyone who has written a review on her to put it on their Facebook page regarding these issues.

I really wish I had read the reviews for this company. The address appears to be in the uk and the package was shipped with Royal Mail with the return address on the RM label as a UK address. When I enquired to return the swimsuit I was told the return address was in the USA. They offered me vouchers to the value of the swimsuit or £12 and keep a swimsuit that I did not want. Do not order from this company it is a total con. I am still emailing to get satisfaction. The email address here appears to be a German email so who are these people.
Another order gone missing!!!
I thought I would take a chance and order something that wasn’t on Amazon. I ordered the bathing suit bottoms first and received it no problem. And then my top (which was ordered the same day) never showed up. I was told, as many others on here have been told, to contact Canada Post. Canada Post tells me it was delivered, and it was not. they’re basically doing nothing and I keep getting the same return emails from meet.curve telling me “thank you for my patience”. I ordered a bathing suit top off of Amazon the next day and received it. Unfortunately, it looks like Postal Services are going to destroy this company as you can see by the reviews.

Items arrived after 2 weeks from china, it is not a UK site. Items were nice by not for curvy people ! Would not fit at all. Tried to refund, offered me &20 & keep items ! Great product
I see a lot of hate for this company, but I ordered 2 bathing suits from them last year and 1 this year. The product is well made and fits perfectly. It was also shipped and delivered within the time frame given. I was a little worried that service changed from last year considering all of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I didn't let them sway me. I will definitely order from them again!

The suits were too short on the torso, I emailed them to request return information and was told they DO NOT HAVE A RETURNS POLICY!! This was £75 for two swim suits. And they're rubbish. Don't do it!!! Wish I had read the reviews.

Really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I received a delivery confirmation that my order was delivered, but never found it. This process has been going on for over a month now, with no resolution in site. They refuse to provide a refund, they just keep referring me back to the post office that delivered the items.

Too good to be true!! Honestly I do not recommend at all. Fit and quality were super disappointing and not what is represented on the site. The return process was super painful and also not what is represent on the site. They claim you can just email support to initiate the return. However they try to haggle and offer partial refund or store credits first. Which if that is what you want to offer, that’s fine—just be clear about it in your return policy. It took going back and forth with customer service for about 2 months and issuing a complaint with my bank to finally get a refund after returning my order. I would just avoid at all costs!
Worst retailer I have ever dealt with
I had the same experience as all the other users in the reviews. Ordered items worth around £100 and needed to return them because of the size. Been offered £28 and then £68 in exchange of keeping the items. I will keep fighting to get my refund as per their return policy.
