THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING

THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING! I've had exactly the same experience as others here. I made a panic purchase for a batch of swimwear as I was going on holiday in June. I did keep one but the rest I returned at my cost to the US after a few rounds of emails of them offering alternative amounts for me to keep them.It was a large order which I now deeply regret and suffice to say no redund has been made a few weeks later. I'm starting to believe this company has no intent of honouring its refunds and will have no choice but to take action.

AVOID - Order never shipped and refund never received.

Over 6 weeks after ordering and paying I have not received my order or a refund. Twenty days after placing my order it still had not been shipped. I asked for a refund and was told this may take up to 2 weeks to process. Almost 3 weeks after asking for a refund, I have still not received my money back.

I really wished I had read reviews…

I really wished I had read reviews before ordering from this company.
The swimsuits are really shoddy and there is no support in them whatsoever. The website is curve.co.uk. If you need to return, it's to the USA which it doesn't mention anywhere on the order process.
I did email them and the offered me £27, then £47 then eventually £60 and keep the unwanted items, suggesting I could give them to friends as a present! Anyway, needless to say I'm still waiting for a refund over a month later.

Not worth the hastle

The bathing suits are cute, but the customer service is atrocious! I bought 2 sizes in a few suits because I was between sizes according to their measurements. First, the order took almost 3 weeks because it shipped from China. That was not stated anywhere on the website and I had paid for "express" shipping, obviously that wasn't express. Then I attempted to return 3 of the 6 items I purchased. I was told I could keep all the items and they would give me a credit for $20... Well the items I wanted to return amounted to over $80 in addition to the fact that I did not want the items because they did not fit. So I said no I wanted to return the the items, after a day or so they responded saying I could keep them for a $40 credit. I didn't want a credit I just wanted a refund. Finally, after several exchanges they agree that I can return the items, but it will be at cost to me to return and I had to have it in the mail within 7 days or they wouldn't issue the refund. At this point I was on a trip and told them I would return it when I got back, but that due to their delay in allowing me to return the items 7 days would not be possible. Finally, I got it in the mail, sent the tracking, the confirmed the tracking AND that the package had arrived and I still have not received a refund a full month later.

This company is a scam, their suits are cute but absolutely not worth the frustration.

We bought the black/green suit with the…

We bought the black/green suit with the front zipper. The suit fits well but the zipper is poor quality. We have had the suit for 6 weeks, worn it 4 times and the zipper broke and now we can't use it
Emailed support and they said they won't replace it as its past the 15 days return cut off.
A defective suit should not fall under the return policy when we have only had it 6 weeks.
Very disappointed. I won't be ordering from meet.curve again.

Do not use - complete fraudsters

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Would give zero stars if I could. Overseas-based company masquerading as UK-based. Returns are in the US and cost a fortune - that's if you can actually get Meetcurve to provide you a return shipping address (took 3 emails where I was persistently offered a % refund). Customer service is incomprehensible - I'm 12 emails deep, going around in circles about a return tracking number and losing the will...

Ridiculous Return Policy

I ordered a swimsuit off this site and the top was too small. I emailed requesting a return and was offered the option of keeping the items and instead getting a store credit to buy something else. With my second purchase, I ordered two new swimsuits. One fit fine but the other was too small. When I emailed again to exchange the small swimsuit, I was told that “gift card orders cannot be returned or exchanged”. I’m not even asking for a return. I don’t understand why they can’t work with me. I just want the next size up! Now I’m left with two swimsuits that don’t fit. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did find one swimsuit that fit great. This company is ridiculous and I would advise others to stay away!

Complete scam!!

Complete scam!!! Paid extra for express delivery (3-7 business days). 6 weeks on I still haven't received anything. Not even an email to explain the delay.

Best fitting suits for this lady!

Wow, reading all the bad reviews I'm honestly a bit surprised. I have been putting off buying swimming suits for a while and loved some of their styles so on the evening of July 4th, I ordered 5 suits. I paid extra for the quick shipping. I got them on July 9th. I was scared to try them on, as swimming suits don't normally fit, so I didn't do it last night. Finally got up the nerve this morning. I tried on the suits. ALL 5 FIT!!!! Normally I cry in the dressing room when trying on suits because of how awful I look in them and today I cried because every single one looks great on me. Even the 2 pieces! That is a first. I'm going back to order a few more today as we spend a lot of time at the lake. I threw out both of my old suits because they were far too small and unflattering and I can't wait to wear these! I feel beautiful, I feel sexy. Thank you Curve! I can't speak to their return policies as I didn't have to return anything, but you have a fan for life.

Not happy with the customer service

Not happy with the customer service. They tried to bargain with me to keep an item that didn’t fit. When they finally agreed to give my my money back the package came back because the address that was provided, no one at at the location to accept the package.

Placed an order on June 20th

Placed an order on June 20th. (Paid for fast delivery l, so 3-7 business days) Going on 3 weeks now with no tracking number, no package. I have emailed them 3xs with zero response!

Total cowboy outfit. Con artists.

Total cowboy outfit, proceed with great caution. These people don't have a returns policy. I was sent incorrect items and when I emailed for a return address they told me I had 2 options - to accept a one-time discount code for their website or accept a payment to my card of 30% of the total value I'm owed. They are con artists and should not be allowed to advertise or trade. Should get zero stars.

Dreadful customer service

Sent my order back as although it said it was UK size 28 it was nothing of the kind. Far too small. Should have read reviews first. They also refuse to refund even though I have provided proof of postage back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
