Highly-professional and friendly from start to finish. They handled my daughter’s adhd and autism diagnosis. She was a tricky case as a very good masker, but the clinicians understood this. Another shout out to Claire Gill who is outstanding.

I was so worried about the initial call today, but Rachael was so supportive and lovely that I was immediately put at ease. She’s been fantastic at staying in touch and even scheduled the call at lunchtime so I could speak to her on my lunch break!
There was no pressure at all to continue with the process, but Healios did my eldest child’s assessment through the NHS and were fantastic. We didn’t hesitate to contact them for a private assessment now it’s time for my youngest to be assessed.

We are just at the beginning of our journey with Melios for our child. Rachael was fantastic on the phone, I really enjoyed our conversation. That personable, warm experience helped sway my decision with providers. It's really important to feel connected on the journey especially because it can feel so hard at times.

So far i would say my experience has been good. I was informed of everything that would happen going forward.

Before deciding on a private ADHD assessment, my wife and I spent a great deal of time (hours) researching various providers. Through a trusted recommendation and consistently positive reviews on Trustpilot, we chose Melios/Helios and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made.

Our first point of contact was Luka Mise-Holt, who arranged a brief introductory call to walk us through their services and costs. Luka was incredibly patient, empathetic, and thorough in answering my many questions. His calm and understanding approach immediately put me at ease. I came off that call feeling reassured not only that we’d made the right decision, but that we’d found a team deeply knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate from the get go.

After some thoughtful discussions between my wife and me, we agreed to proceed. We were quickly set up on the Melios/Helios portal, where accounts were created for both myself and my son. Shortly after, we received a series of questionnaires to complete offline while Melios/Helios contacted my son's school. The entire process was seamless, intuitive, easy to access, and well-organized.
I had a few questions during the initial stages and exchanged several emails with the team. Their responses were prompt, clear, and detailed something that’s increasingly rare these days and very much appreciated.

Once the paperwork was complete, I was impressed by how swiftly our assessment was scheduled. The pre-assessment information was comprehensive and clearly explained what to expect from both a parent’s and child’s perspective.
Then came our session with Claire Gill our assigned clinician who I cannot speak highly enough of. Claire was simply exceptional. She brought a warmth and professionalism that made a potentially daunting experience feel safe and supportive. She was impartial, incredibly patient, deeply empathetic, and completely nonjudgmental. The assessment itself was long and detailed, but Claire never rushed us. She took the time to truly listen, ensuring our circumstances were understood exactly as we described them.
Claire has a remarkable ability to make you feel heard. Her calm demeanor, clinical expertise, and genuine compassion created an environment where we felt comfortable sharing openly. She asked insightful questions, offered thoughtful reflections, and maintained a respectful and caring tone throughout. It was clear she is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to helping families navigate the complexities of ADHD with dignity and clarity.
I work in a regulated customer-centric role myself, and I hold high expectations when it comes to service and experience. Claire exceeded every one of them. What she said she would do, she did. If she made an agreement, she honoured it keeping her word every step of the way. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Through Claire’s tenacious and thoughtful approach to our situation, we were successful in obtaining a combined ADHD diagnosis something we so desperately needed. The positivity and support this will bring to our immediate family cannot be underestimated. It has already begun to shift our perspective and provide clarity, and we will be forever grateful for how Melios/Helios treated us with such compassion and care.
Most importantly, we will remember Claire Gill and the interactions we had with her throughout this process. For days after the assessment, my wife and I would often find ourselves saying how amazing Claire was and how fortunate we feel to have come across Melios/Helios we felt listened to. I’ve sat and reflected many times on how I might offer constructive feedback or suggest areas for improvement but truthfully, I cannot identify a single element that fell short. The service was exceptional from start to finish even down to the outcome report that is very detailed and articulate our circumstances and the outcome just as explained it’s clear a considerable amount of time and passion went in to delivering such a comprehensive report we so desperately needed.

I cannot thank you enough as a company, and as individuals for your unwavering support to me and my family.

Rachel Taylor was extremely professional, kind and empathetic as she guided me through the process. It was very easy to open up to her and explain my struggles as she listened and helped me to find a solution together. I really appreciated her kindness and patience she showed throughout! I cannot describe how grateful we are to Melios and Kim specifically for conducting our sons ADHD assessment. She was understanding, patient and empathetic and really validated our son. He felt able to explain his difficulties and he really felt listened to and understood. From start to finish, everything about this assessment was low stress, from information gathering to attending the assessments. Being in the comfort of our own home for this assessment really allowed our son to be his authentic self. I would recommend to anyone that is in the position to be able to afford the assessments to do so. He was facing an NHS waiting list of over 4 years, with Melios he received his assessment and subsequent diagnosis within two months. If you are on the fence about this, my advice is to go for it. You won't regret it. Thank you so much to Melios and Kim for giving our son the validation he needed.

The whole diagnosis process for our daughter was handled brilliantly from start to finish by all 3 clinicians. They were kind, informative and brilliant with our daughter.

Fantastic service, looked at various options to begin with (through BUPA) and saw that this had the best reviews. Glad I went ahead. Outcome confirmed my suspicions, has been very helpful. Thanks.

I’ve just started the process to be assessed for Autism and ADHD but I’m very pleased with how quickly things have been moving so far - much quicker than the 2 years I’ve been waiting on the NHS and still haven’t been seen for! I am feeling really good about getting some clarity and help! A special thank you to Rachael for being so lovely over the phone and not scary explaining everything :)

Excellent service from the team at Melios. Very polite, helpful and patient. They answered all of the many questions I had. The process was clearly explained from the start and reiterated throughout the sessions so I knew what to expect, which was very helpful to me.

I'm really sorry but I think the service was poor and not worth the money and the way you asses is poor I am having my Daughter reassed.

Melios handled my daughters autism and adhd assessement with care We where made aware all the way through what was happening and when. They where incredibly patient and kind to her and helped us understand the whole diagnosis.

I highly recommend Melios. Being able to get a fast diagnosis rather than waiting years on the NHS waiting list has been a godsend for both my child and myself! Melios listened, put us at ease and I truly felt they cared. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
