Absolutely thrilled with the memorial plaque I ordered for my parents. Beautifully crafted, with exceptional quality of both the granite and gold colour engraving, packaged so securely as well. The customer service from both Jack and Josh was exceptional all the way through including prioritising delivery for me. Would highly recommend using this company. We ordered a memorial plaque and realised after we had made a spelling mistake. I immediately emailed them and the mistake was rectified straight away. The quality of the product was amazing. Extremely pleased.

Ordered a memorial for my dad and about a week later the wrong one arrived , with my 82 year old mum beside as I opened it. BE AWARE, they do not list a phone number so your only communication is email or messaging that doesn’t really work it seems. Three days after contacting them I still don’t know what’s happening . An apology email and nothing since. Had I spotted the “no phone number” thing I wouldn’t have ordered but live and learn. I will avoid in future.

We ordered a memorial vase for our dad. The customisation of the item was easy. It was great that there was a good range of choice for the front of the memorial vase. When it arrived it was greater than expected, very moving and special to receive, such a lovely item. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. A very heavy solid item which is good.
