Making money before quality of service. I wish you had a store front for me to face your upper management. Shit service shit response to issues shit company. Duck you.

Unfortunately where we live there’s very few (2) choices and both are pizza so our experience at home isn’t great. If we use it when we’re away, out experience has been better

Food delivery is always cold

Food delivery is always cold, your drivers need to have proper containers to put food in. Not just have it on front seat in bag, because they take so long to deliver.

I am a multiple restaurant owner/…

I am a multiple restaurant owner/ partner. And I have been continuously dissatisfied with this. They charge you over 30% commission, not even an hour training given to delivery drivers on how to handle the food. The system itself corrupted as it expect you start cooking the food at the same time delivery drivers arrive at the restaurant. You can never extend or shorten time of cooking once you accept. Once order completed there is nothing you can press on to confirm. The time at the beginning for preparation is never match the time of an arrival of a delivery driver.

WITHIN 14 days I am planning to remove this corrupted system from my restaurants.

Time after time incompetence…

Time after time incompetence prevails, this company must be bleeding Money like a broken tap. My orders are constantly wrong, missing or half way right. Tonight was the last straw as half my order was not delivered. I contacted Menulog for a resolve but got sweet f all, so after 8 years of using my account I have decided to completely terminate it and go with uber. Although uber is not always as competitive in price, they at least seem to have better drivers and better support if something does go wrong.

Stuff you Menulog you are barely relevant in this industry anymore, I'm done with your tireless crap, I hope you continue to lose more business seeing you'd rather sweep the issues under a rug rather than support the only thing that keeps your business a business, a useless one at that.

Cold food because of wayward driver

Up until yesterday (Saturday 17th of May) I'd had very positive experiences. But on Saturday the delivery was more than 1 hour late. I watched the driver head east from McDonalds in Chapel St to Armidale and then south to Malvern and then west along Dandenong Rd to Windsor so he could go down Chapel St to Inkerman St where I live. I found it bizarre, and I don't understand why he didn't go (straight away) south along Chapel St to Inkerman St. When he arrived, I asked him if he got lost because I had been watching his journey. He replied he wasn't lost and the map I was watching was wrong. I didn't tell him I always watch the delivery journey, so I know when to come outside and meet the driver. This has never happened before as the drivers have always headed south and not east to suburbs like Armidale and Malvern!! Suffice to say the burger I'd ordered was cold and hard. I was very disappointed.
