The engineers who visited were very methodical and resourceful and were able to troubleshoot the issue I was facing quite quickly. Really helpful. Thanks and keep it up guys.

Find a different boiler company. I inherited these guys from the previous owner and they've been mediocre at best + failed to get back to me after two calls two days in a row about an issue I had. You call, and they tell you they will be back in touch shortly, then nothing. Also my boiler has been the bane of my life for the past two years and I consider their "servicing" of it must have had something to do with it.
Meta boiler are a bunch of crooks firstly they will give you cheap Quoitation but they will always add on extra charges during the job also they do not do the job to industry standard I would stay well clear from this company

She will hand in phone call to his assistance or remain on lunch whenever she has to answer complaint.
We got a boiler installed from them pre-Covid.
Due to the lockdown etc took a Homecare contract with another company who pointed out some mistakes and misses at the time of installation.
Have been querying with MB for the past 1 year now - made several phone calls/sent emails/whatsapp messages to the owner but no concrete response till date.
A COMPANY THAT I WONT RECOMMEND ( they'll sell and install but after that seem to disappear ).
Don't make the mistake to use this dodgy company. They wont provide any after service, a new boiler which they installed last year broke down and they wont come to fix it, even so its under warranty. After several calls telling me that someone will call back to arrange a visit no one calls. Stay away from this company.

I didn't wanted to write this review and complained by calling 5-6 times but no resolution. They are only good with selling but no post sales support. So I dont recommend anyone to hire them.
1 year before I have purchased brand new boiler and fitting. Engineer came long way to installed, but in 1 day time there was problem in heating of radiator , so I called them multiple times and nobody came to fix. At last I had to hire local gas engineer by paying them extra,
Now after 1 year, they are calling me to buy boiler service contract. So I have reminded them past experience and compliant about it. Also I have proposed, that I can buy your service plan but firstly you will have to provide 1 service as complementary to compensate. Now these guys are not responding to my call, as usual.

The practice known as ‘phoenixing’ when a firm winds up and an individual connected with it re-opens under a new guise to avoid the liabilities of the old business. Typically, directors or senior staff owe significant sums and/or have engaged in misconduct, but reappear with their new firm doing the same business.
Mera Boilers are in 'LIQUIDATION' when asked to return our £2000 when we cancelled. But they are still TRADING for everything else.
This company gives small businesses a bad reputation. BEWARE of losing your money.

So 2 months on, and I am still waiting for outstanding pay, payslips, P45 and P60!
I have had every lie and excuse, emails ignored and despite 2 payroll runs since I left the company, I still haven’t been given a date when I’m going to get my money or documents.
The best I’ve had is them trying to negotiate a lower amount, which is far from acceptable, and promised my documents by yesterday, which, surprise, I did not receive!
Again, showing they don’t care that what they are doing is ILLEGAL! I have witnessed staff and customers being treated like this and now I am subject to the same treatment.
They just ignore the problems they create rather than solve them, which is how they operate their company.
This company will always be a sham until they learn how to treat people, not just pretend to be nice when they want your money, or something from you.
Arranged for a power flush and a magnetic filter to be fitted. The team came on the day and began doing the flush but did not attend each radiator. They were not made aware they were to fit the filter so over an hour was wasted trying to sort this with the office. The filter was then fitted in a way that it was impossible to open without cutting a hole in the celling. There was no quality control or checks to make sure the system was working as it should and then when I called the office to complain about this I was told, it was done properly and there was no issue. The person was very rude and acted like they knew exactly what and how the work was done at my property.
The communication from the company is poor and even the engineers say they company is poor.
I will never use them again and will always discourage others
This company is run by a conman under disguise of his wife. Be prepared to lose your money with these people. Don’t be fooled by ads on Asian TV and radio stations. Happy to provide evidence to prove that these are bogus and fraudulent people.
I would like to alert everyone to be very cautious about dealing with Meraboiler. My experience with them for the past tree years has been terrible. I wished I had never dealt with them. From now onwards I am going to deal with Vaillant directly.
Do not use this company - after sales is poor - they left my mother with no heating and promised to call back several times and never did. When I called the lady was rude and aggressive - STAY AWAY - I have had to fix the issue myself.

I just had a new Valiant boiler fitted from the start to finish there service was excellent with no issues I highly recommend this company to anyone getting a new Boiler as the people know the product you want and where to install the boiler in the property.
