Be careful they will call u 20 times when buying new boiler but after money taken no one will reply to your messages or calls. Absolutely disgusted by after service!
This is one of the worst company I dealt in my 70 years. The boiler was installed two years ago. I paid monies to install the thermostats. Several reminders to them by email and phone calls to inquire when these would be installed. Never answers. BE AWARE, DO NOT PAY FULL MONEY. Very unprofessional people and should not be in business.
Used this company twice now for a new boiler. Both jobs are faulty and they do not answer calls or fix the problems. They moved my boiler from kitchen to the loft without my permission and cut off hot water supply to the main bathroom. Will not answer calls or come back to rectify the problems caused!
I echo what a lot of people have already written. This is a rubbish company with very poor customer services and communication skills.
They have been charging my elderly dad for a service plan for the past few years. Needless to say the servicing hasn't been done as it should be. The recent one, the cover wasn't taken off the boiler! Don't know how a service can be done without removing the cover!! There is no paperwork to say what the terms and conditions of the service plan is. I've requested this and have not heard or received anything back.
There is possibly some debris in the heat exchanger. They won't come out to clean this. Instead they tried to push a power flush on my dad at a cost of £600! This is not necessary and will not clean the heat exchanger. But they are insisting this is what is needed. They are trying to fleece an old man for work that is not needed.
Please use a reputable company if you need a new boiler and definitely do not use these cowboys to do any servicing. Save yourself stress, time and money!
My earlier issue with the company resolved and I am happy for the services now.

Worst experience ever ! Booked annual service charged me £90 . Then nobody turned up . No communication from company about engineer not coming up . I had to follow up . They have no one to do service . I am chasing refund from last 2 weeks no response
Avoid this company at any cost
I would rate their service as extremely poor. The company is very nice and answers your call until they make you sign a contract with them. Once the contract is signed they will start neglecting you. When I wanted to cancel the contract within 14 days they were then quick to attend my property the next day and took my old boiler system out and took all materials (copper and aluminium) that were worth money and left the rest behind for me to clean up. Once this was done they disappeared for many more days and then they came back with very cheap radiators which was not as we discussed. After a few days they then came back to do another job and took my boiler and other personal belongings including some cash. If they have the chance they will try to extend the time of the job to make the bill bigger. Be aware of this company as they have a proper team to do all this dodgy work and scam.
One of worst company... They don't work at my house... 4 pipe leaking... They fix it after 10 days... I waste my money...
Great professionalism shown. Gave me good discount for annual service. The person kept us well informed about the time and status. Very happy.

Honestly, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with for anything. The initial installation of the boiler happened prior to Covid, and they did an absolutely horrendous job. Caused a leak from the roof which meant the floor board had to be lifted and then sorted.
On top of that the customer service is a joke. I thought I’d give them a chance but I regret that decision every single time I deal with them.
Today I had an engineer come to service the boiler and he made an absolute mess of the cupboard which houses the boiler. He lost two of the screws, left the cabinet wonky and missed placed one of the support poles.
I would 10/10 NEVER recommend them to anyone and if you’re thinking of using them, don’t.
Mera boiler team has been very useful. They have helped replace boiler in 2 days. Also, they have a great support team post sales as well. We are with their services and definitely recommend them for boiler work.

The new boiler has error codes. Everytime I call them they say they will call back. They never ever . Totally rubbish company. With this kind of service they have the audacity to advertise on radios.
They installed my brand new boiler without power flushing the system first. Then I had to hound them to come back and clean the system, they sent two guys the following day, they put the cleaning liquid in the system , ran it for a couple of hours without flushing out the FP2 liquid and packed everything and went. The cleaning liquid was running in the system so I had to call them over 20 times so they come back and drain the system again to flush out the cleaning liquid and add inhibitor in the system. They refused to come back , I had to drain the system and put inhibitor in the system myself.
After a week following the installation , I noticed that they didn’t fit the drain properly , the acid was leaking on the kitchen floor under the kitchen cabinet so I had to drill a hole in wall myself to channel the drain pipe out to the main drain outside. When I spoke to them they aren’t interested to listen or help and they tell you that ‘ my engineer said we have done everything correctly’.
I would avoid this company at all costs.
