The team at Mercedes Gatwick have been outstanding throughout my purchasing journey, my circumstances were slightly unusual as I had an ongoing issue with Mercedes Financial services but the dealership did a great job in handling this issue on my behalf and I drove my new car away today. I am grateful.

Mbfs totally took mercedes giffnocks side on a fault that was plain to see by other garages and tyres garages that I have shown the pictures to regarding the unsafe factory geometry set up on my a35 . The tyres were splitting on the inside and showing cord withing 6000 miles to which giffnock and mercedes themselves says this is what happens with this car . After having to pay for the alignment to get done on an 11month old car because mercedes says it's the characteristics of the car the reading were out by between 4 -5 times the amount on both sides at the front which takes away mercedes giffnocks and mercedes themselves argument that it was due to the roads . The tyres themselves had 3mm left on outside and middle but inside had tore away leaving the cord exposed and tyre deflating. There was no damage to the tyre or wheel which once again takes their argument of the state of the roads out the argument. Very dangerous garage who were very catty when picking the car up by the service manager and no garage manager came forward either !! Will not be using giffnock or mercedes Benz .

The whole experience was seamless , from deciding on the car , to test driving . Then discussing all options available to me and then finding the one that was the most suitable for me . Everything was made so easy from start to finish

Very good service from start to finish the car is first class and I’ve always bought BMW since 1984 , but am enjoying the change . The staff at Mercedes Eastbourne were brilliant especially Jordan and Jon they made the whole process very smooth and very easy . My wife and I really enjoyed our afternoon at Eastbourne with all of the staff there.
