I am reporting a severe technical and procedural failure within your payment system. I have successfully completed a transfer to your designated bank account, but your system has failed to provide any confirmation or receipt.
There is a complete lack of synchronization between your payment gateway and the actual fund reception. It is unacceptable for a financial service provider to have such a significant "blind spot" in its transaction monitoring.
I have undeniable proof of the transfer from my side, yet your platform shows no record. This is not just a delay; it is a fundamental flaw in your operational process. I demand an immediate manual audit of your incoming transactions and a swift resolution. I will not stop escalating this issue until my funds are properly credited.
