I have still not received the Bitcoin I purchased 3 days later. Unable to find a way to contact customer support to correct it.
Update:
I contacted gomining customer service and they helped get me contact with their customer service who was very friendly and between them and gomining they got the transaction processed correctly. Thank you for getting this resolved.

The problem was completely resolved after a considerable amount of time, and the previously lost transaction was successfully completed. Even though it took a while, the result shows that you can rely on the team. Therefore, I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars.

You and Delta must have lost your minds. You're messing around with these Bitcoins like a horse uphill, instead of simply "order" and "fee." The IRS will catch up with you if necessary. Get out of this backwater and do your fee collection like a respectable company.

Mercuryo said my credentials were…
Mercuryo said my credentials were invalid, next they said I was good to go buy, sell or Trade crypto. Then my credentials were invalid again, it took several days to get approved. So I did a small $50 buy to see how things worked, seemed to go smoothly.
Now the next day I try to do a $1600 buy and now none of my credit cards are able to buy any amount of crypto.
So frustrating.
