I ran into some technical difficulties and turns out I forgot to include reference number in the transaction. Their customer service was super friendly and helpful and I received my funds within 24 hours.

Watch out for scammers & frauds
Money was taken from account, to complete fund. In doing so, I was given the run around first by verb interactive agency, who then referred me to Bitcoin verb.
The second company was ment to verify my fund, but told me to return to verb interactive agency.
U have been scammed of $5000 - and attained my relationship heavily.

Very bad experience, I had the Mercury card in my Ledger wallet and suddenly it disappeared from the application. I tried to find it and it redirected me to another card provider [Cl card from Baanx].
I always thought it was some kind of update, I was asked for KYC, I did everything correctly and when I finally managed to see the card the balance was 00000.
I immediately started sending emails to Ledger support/Cl card from Baanx and Mercury, more than 60 emails already, always without concrete answers. Later I realized they were different card providers!
The question is:
How is it possible that these institutions operating within Ledger remove cards from customers without prior notice and do not inform us!
At this moment I am without access to my account, without my money and psychologically exhausted.
But I will go to the last consequences to recover what is mine.
