A Perfect Gift for a Special New Born
Both my daughter and daughter-in-law were thrilled to recieve these sleeping bags as gifts after my two grandchildren were born. They are "do as they say" and are perfect for the varying temperatures. Both have ordered more for their children. hey wash and wear so well.

I wouldn't use any other bags
My toddler loves these sleeping bags, she's used them since newborn and she's now 18 months. I wouldn't put her in anything else to sleep. We just ordered her the winter weight in the bigger size and as soon as it arrived she asked to get into it! She really loves her sleeping bags! The bags are amazing quality, so soft, used all year round and are still without any signs of wear, and keep my daughter at a comfortable temperature. If it's super cold we put a wool duvet over her as well as the bag and she is always a good temperature not too hot not too cold - wool is amazing! I'd say something for the designer to consider - the cotton outer layer could do with a more vigorous wash than the limitations the wool puts on the garment as a whole. Sometimes if my daughter has been sick on the bag (it happens...) I wish I could detach the cotton layer to wash it at 60. Now and then it gets a bit smelly if I give it a sniff, unlike the merino layer which is naturally anti bacterial and never smells! That said, I will continue to exclusively use these bags and hand them down to the next child as well. After all perhaps it's the gentle washing that keeps them in such good condition despite years of use...

Another perfectly beautiful set of pj's from Merino Kids UK. Our daughter has always slept so well at night wearing merino (with go go sleeping bag and vests too in winter). Living in the Highlands that cosy merino layer makes all the difference. Excellent quality and although more expensive, lasts well and the need to wash them is less as wool is naturally odor repelling and antibacterial.
Good slim fit perfect for our girl and love the designs so much, please keep them!

Poor discounts available. Alot out of stock
Alot out of stock. No approximate date for when things would be in stock. No great discount for large order so I ended up taking only a few items. Previous time I ordered about a year and a half ago there was a discount for alot of the items/sitewide ( I cant fully remember which)

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BEWARE THEY WILL NOT DELIVER THE PARCEL TO YOU!! Awful customer service, unable to deliver parcel bc they require a security code for £30 of clothing, which was not sent via text, and MerinoKids says there’s nothing they can do about it. We called them as the DPD delivery driver stood on our doorstep, with the correct parcel in hand. But bc we were never sent a pin and DPD as the delivery company can’t do anything either, we never got our parcel even though it was right in front of our eyes. Absolutely ridiculous that we now won’t get our parcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues with the delivery of your Merino Kids purchase, the DPD pin code system is designed for a safer delivery for your item, so I do apologise in this instance if this wasn't successful.
I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team, and we have taken your feedback on board regarding this DPD service. I can see our team have issued a replacement with royal mail to avoid this happening again, we have also raised this complaint with DPD. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do.

Ability to adjust delivery time
It arrived as announced via the link I was sent
I was told my delivery window was 11.06 to 12.06 and said I couldn’t change my delivery time?
It was very short notice I was lucky Vicky arrived by 11:45 as I had to pick up my brother for 12
The main problem was that I could not change the delivery time
Other than that
The gift looks nicely wrapped in tissue paper and I haven’t taken it fully out of the wrapper
