Painful delivery requirement
It is so unnecessary to require a pin for delivery. This meant I was unable to get my delivery and now have a minimum of a 3 day wait for them given the weekend. A real let down for your service given all other elements of the service were absolutely spot on.

I am so sorry to hear you have been left disappointed with this. With any orders over certain value, DPD will require a PIN code on delivery to avoid any mis-delivery issues. I can now see your order has been delivered. We hope you love your Merino Kids purchase.
I still haven't received my delivery…
I still haven't received my delivery because DHL refused to drop it off yesterday. Apparently I need a code that was sent to my mobile - my mobile was stolen on Saturday. Despite having the email confirmation, there is NO indication in any emails that I would need a code from my STOLEN phone. I have a newborn baby, a 2 year old and a husband who just started cancer treatment and is in hospital. Yesterday was my son's birthday and that was all I had bought through this chaos. I will return my sleep sack and share this story with all my friends. Horrible experience.

The blanket seems ok but WHY did you put the one end of the plastic thing that connects the blanket and the label „inside“ the blanket. I won’t be able to remove it without opening some bits. Really a shame. Mit return it just because such things are simply stupid

new delivery system is bizarre and…
new delivery system is bizarre and making it impossible to obtain the items. The company seems to now require that the recipient provide a delivery PIN in order to receive the products! This means that not only does someone need to be home, but that person also needs to have a PIN. DPD has no phone number or way to reroute the delivery online. Alas, I fear that I will never be able to order from them again

Great company!
Ordered two items from Merino Kids - a baby sleepsuit and sleepsack. The company delivered both items really fast, with updates sent beforehand. The quality of fabric seems excellent, definitely worth the price point. The sleepsack also came with its own little bag, which was a really nice surprise! Also love love love that they plant a tree for every order!
