We sold our house with Merrick Binch. Trev came round and valued the house. He was lovely. Very polite, friendly and advised us with what we needed to do. He was very helpful. Our house went on the market on the Monday and by the following Monday it was sold. Merrick Binch done all the viewings so we didn't even need to be there.
The after sales was excellent too. Di and the rest of the team kept us informed with what was happening and tried their hardest to get things going as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would definitely recommend.
