Merrick Binch go above and beyond
Merrick Binch go above and beyond what you expect from an estate agent. Having had several sales fall through with another local agent I enlisted Merrick Binch to take on this challenge. Immediately they found a genuine buyer (who too had been messed around by the other local agent) and the sale progressed so easily with the help of Trevor, Dianne and Nick. They are easy to get in touch with and no request is ever too much. They are competitively priced and you get great value for money.
