My experience with Metra Living was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The agent, Gemma White, was almost impossible to get hold of and consistently slow to respond to even the simplest queries. Basic steps in the process, like issuing an offer letter, required repeated chasing and unnecessary delays.
Despite having a strong financial position, the entire experience felt disorganised and dismissive—as if my time and interest meant very little. At times, it genuinely felt like I was chasing them just to do their job.
After nearly a month of wasted time over straightforward matters, I gave up and found another place. I would not recommend Metra Living based on this experience and will not be returning.

I cannot praise Siobhan Brennan highly enough! She was my property manager for the entire 4 years I lived in my flat and she was absolutely incredible. Over the years, I had to change flatmates four times and Siobhan made adjusting the tenancy agreement smooth and stress-free every single time. She showed so much flexibility and patience while I searched for the right people.
What I appreciated most was her responsiveness. Whenever I had any general/property questions or maintenance issues (and we had a few), from a broken washing machine to shower head replacements, she was super quick to reply and guide me through the steps needed to promptly sort out the issues. Plus, the move-out process was smooth and seamless. Her experience truly shines through, easy 5 stars!

I wrote a review about my good experience of viewing and reserving an apartment in Wandsworth from Metra Living. After paying the holding fee in mid-February, Ms Clare Green, the Tenancy Progression Coordinator led me going through the process of referencing and signing of the tenancy agreement attentively. When there was a delay in the referencing company, Clare took the lead to alert her management and iron out the issues promptly. It took only 10 days to complete the whole process. I must give a big thank you to Clare to enable my family moving in the apartment on the 2nd of March as scheduled.

At first we had a few concerns, however once I raised them with the head office everything went like clockwork.
Gemma initially looked after us and showed us the property — in fact she showed us two, and we chose the latter because of its huge balcony. The process from there was very straightforward.
We were then introduced to Clare, who helped us through all the paperwork. She was great to deal with and always responded promptly to our questions via email. Clare also ensured that we received a new mattress at the property, which we really appreciated.
All in all, we had a great experience. Thank you so much Gemma and Clare :)

Selfik personally showed me around the property and conducted the viewing in a very professional, organised, and welcoming manner. He took the time to clearly explain everything and answered all my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout.
From the viewing right through to the reservation stage, Selfik maintained excellent communication and followed up appropriately to ensure everything progressed smoothly. His approach was attentive, and efficient, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

I was having a difficult time finding a new apartment when I came across a listing from Metra Living. I was really excited about the property and sent an enquiry — the very next day I received a call from Sefik, who quickly arranged a viewing for that same day.
Sefik met me at the property and provided an in-depth overview of the company. He showed me around the apartment with great knowledge and professionalism, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.
