Great service

I lived in one of the flats for the last few months and Siobhan Brennan was my lettings manager. She was so lovely and helpful throughout my stay, even when my contract ended, she assisted the change thoroughly. Very pleased with the service I received.

I have had an excellent experience with…

I have had an excellent experience with Siobhan as my Property Manager. From the very beginning, communication has been clear, prompt and professional, which makes a huge difference when dealing with property matters.

Siobhan is always approachable, proactive and genuinely helpful. Any queries or issues are dealt with efficiently, and I always feel kept informed throughout the process. It is reassuring to know that things are handled properly without needing to chase or worry.

What really stands out is the level of care and attention given. It feels like my property is being managed with the same care as if it were her own. This level of service is rare and very much appreciated.

I would happily recommend Siobhan to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and supportive property manager. An outstanding service all round.

Failure to Repair Boiler Resulting in Loss of Hot Water During Winter

Despite repeatedly informing Metra Living that the boiler is broken, they have continued to send contractors who have failed to resolve the issue. Our concerns have been consistently ignored, and we are now left without hot water during winter. The level of service provided by Metra Living has been appalling, and we are extremely disappointed by how this situation has been handled.

Awful company

Awful company. Disorganised and impolite. We have had so many issues that they haven’t dealt with and I know this is the case with multiple properties owned by them. I would not recommend.

It was a pleasure having to deal with metra living specifically Mr Abdul, from arranging the viewing to explaining everything that there was to know about the property it has been very stressfree as i knew i was in good hands.

Abysmal

Our experience with Metra Living—particularly with property manager Ehsan Moghul—was consistently disappointing from start to finish. Having rented in London for decades, this was easily the worst experience I’ve had with any landlord.

Across the year we dealt with:

– Building entry doors regularly broken, compromising security. Ehsan would occasionally apply gaffer tape rather than arrange a proper repair.

– Frequent post theft, including of tracked deliveries, due to a lack of surveillance and insufficient post boxes.

– Unhygienic, infested bin stores with broken doors.

– Chronic lift failures.

– Zero access to meter cupboards for months.

– A crossed electrical meter: we unknowingly paid another flat’s much higher electricity bill for six months, despite Metra apparently being aware of the issue before we moved in and not bothering to tell us.

– Car park gates repeatedly out of service.

– Maintenance requests routinely ignored.

– A significant proposed rent increase despite all the above.

These problems alone would have been more than sufficient to form a negative view of the management. But the handling of our check-out was especially troubling.

At the end of our tenancy, Metra attempted to extract an extra day’s rent from our deposit on the grounds that we had “overstayed” by not returning the keys at noon on the final day — despite the lease explicitly stating that the tenancy ran through and including that day. This deadline was justified with shifting and inconsistent explanations, and Metra refused every reasonable method of returning the keys on the correct day, including handing them in person, leaving them in the flat, dropping them at the site office, or sending them by recorded post.

We explained this repeatedly—over dozens of emails—yet Metra continued to pursue the charge. After pushing this dispute all the way through, The Tenancy Deposit Scheme rejected it outright.

Because of this baseless claim and Metra’s refusal to engage with the facts, it took nearly four months for us to recover our deposit.

In my view, the combination of poor maintenance, slow or absent responses, and the obstructive handling of our deposit raises serious concerns about Metra Living’s competence and professionalism.

I would advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere and current ones to keep meticulous records and be prepared to assert their rights in writing.

Great customer service!

Mubin was very welcoming

Mubin was very welcoming, answered all of our questions and queries without hesitation and was very compliant throughout the whole formal process of exchanging documents, replying to emails, etc.
I’d highly recommend Mubin to other viewers in order to make their moving in process smooth and easy.

property manager

Siobhan Brennan is our property manager and I cannot rave about her enough shes very quick to reply and and escalate any questions or concerns we have. She was really helpful when requesting to ask for permission to get a pet in the flat and was able to help us fill in the correct application and get an answer quickly. Shes been really friendly and we've only had great communication from her.

Living at Thurston Road

I’ve had a really positive experience with Metra Living — everything from the viewing to moving out was handled smoothly and professionally. The property was well-maintained, and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly.

A special mention to Siobhan Brennan, our property manager, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. She was always approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful — making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet personable in property management, and Siobhan truly stood out.
