Very nice customer service!

I have problems to receive my plush kitty under unreliable German delivery system when I live in Germany as a new comer. However, Customer service contact Chris help me 3 times reshipment to make sure I get the product in . Not to mention how much I love the nice quality stuffed kitty, with this patient and warm customer service, I will definitely come back to purchase gifts for my friends.

Great quality, it is shipped vacuumed sealed but puffs up right away out of packaging I followed the care instructions to puff the long boi up and left for 48 hours to let the boi fluff up good.

They have their own cute washi/packing tape which I loved, was shipped out quickly and shipping cost was very reasonable which I appreciate.

I ordered the 44 inch as I had a different brand long cat and wasn’t sure how long Mewaii’s size would be in comparison the quality of this long cat is much better than my previous! I am 5’7 and hugging it laying down it reaches down to my knees so I probably could have gone a size down. Very soft though, nice squish, nice fabric.

As I await for my next batch of plushies, I absolutely adore the 6 I already have. They're soft, and are almost identical to what is advertised! Though, there have been times where the plushies have came in limp and haven't been filled in all the way. Other than those set backs however, I absolutely love them all!

I loved my two black cat huuug family plushies, they’re crazy soft, the designs are unique and creative, and they’re so comfy to hug! I also got the wool soft mushroom plush frog for my friend’s birthday, and she was delighted! I hope they make more hug family designs, I love them!!

I placed my order about 16 days ago and my order has not been sent yet! I tried to contact them using the email provided on the website (2 times) and also tried their Instagram, but I'm still without a reply...

They basically, don't care about their customers. I'm extremely disappointed...

I loved all my plush. I got a 36” cat squish and three mystery plush for 9.99. I even got a discount off both. I use my cat as neck support! And the three little mystery cat plush are adorable…they even gave me one to match my kitty noodle pillow. All this was a gift to myself for fun, for comfort, and I’m I’m super pleased 🤗 it was even delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

Ive ordered around 6 plushies from Mewaii and im ordering 3 more for my nieces and sister and I gotta say they are soft and nice plushies.

It took a while to get here but the the really long cat plush is amazing. I sleep so much better with it. Now my boyfriend keeps on stealing is so i hope we can live in peace untill the second one arrives

They were Very helpful and Friendly when I ordered the wrong item. Replied quickly to my emails and were happy to find a solution.
We love the looong family and have a growing collection of them as they are so soft and cuddly.

the plushie designs are super cute!! unfortunately, the smaller the size of a long plushie, the more odd it can look trying to pack al the little details in, but that's just how it works, not really a problem that mewaii can help. i ordered a few different types of plushies, and my favorite style by far, surprisingly, was the mushroom style. these little guys are incredibly soft (especially the large plush I got with super soft longer fur) and squishy and have very unique and cute designs. they're a little pricey, but mewaii often does sales and discounts that make them much more manageable which is great!

my one question is that I got an email saying I had earned points from my purchases, but I can't seem to figure out where the points are and what they do...

in my opinion, if you have excess money to spend and a love for comfy items, this shop is definitely a good one to check out. i also highly recommend subscribing to their free email list to make sure you always catch their discounts and sales!

The quality of the plush are amazing. I love the fabric, design and stuffing. In my opinion it is as close to a squishmallow as you can get, without it being a squishmallow. Except these come at affordable prices and always provide good discounts at every purchase.
Mewaii plushies have become my favourite brand of plushies and I look forward to every single addition to my collection.

I ordered on the 6th of April, and received my order on the 15th, picked it up today due to store where my package sat was closed. Such quick delivery, and I live in Denmark!
LOVE my plushies. So soft, great quality, and super adorable! Ordered the 52inch long magic cat, and though the stuffing had gone into the ends and away from the middle from being vacuum packed, after beating, shaking, and fluffing it up myself, it looks great!

Also got the strawberry Axolotl, and it is just adorable, I am in love.

3-pack mystery 4inch was also bought, and I love these little guys so much. So cute, and one even smelled like strawberries!

Already placed another order, and if it goes as smoothly this time around, it won't be the last!

I ordered a 20 inch gray cat plushie for my friends birthday. I bought her this bc I know she likes cats and thought in the image it displayed it looked very nice and decided itd be a nice gift for her. I get it and it looks nothing like it looks in the displayed image. Thanks for making me waste 17 euro and messing up my gift for my friends birthday mewaii. Dont order anything from here.

I have ordered so many plushies from this company and I absolutely love them! They are high quality, and so lovely. Shipping is always fast and on time, you even get cute free stickers with every purchase. Highly recommend!! 💖

I'm seeing a lot of references to TikTok and "Live" in these reviews and I can't speak to any of that... but I purchased directly from their website on 3 separate occasions and have had no issues. The shipping does take a while (coming from China to US) but it does come eventually and has decent tracking. The plushies are soft and high quality. It takes a day or two for them to fully fluff up after being vacuum-packed.

I ordered three 14-inch mushroom family plushies as gifts, including a panda. When they arrived and I unpacked the panda it was evident that there were several areas of staining because it had been vacuum-packed with the black fabric touching the white parts. I sent photos to customer service who confirmed that this was the reason for the fault and offered me a 15 per cent refund. Given that I can not give this to the recipient due to the plushie being all stained, I do not consider this offer to be acceptable. I emailed to reject this and ask for a refund or replacement item and advised them that I could return the faulty item but now no response. It's unbelievable. Won't go near this company again!

I placed an order in November of 2022. I never received the package. I contacted you in January, and was assured my order would be re-sent. I still have not received my order, nor has any of my communication been acknowledged. At this time, if I do not receive my order immediately or receive a full refund, I feel I have no recourses but to have my credit card company intervene/take charges against you. Please advise. Mewaii has always been a fun tiktok I've watched for quite some time. And then my daughter started watching with me. She begged for some plushies and they were put in a great deal so I finally caved in and bought a 44" grey cat, 4 14" mushroom plushies and 2 8" mushroom plushies. They came in 12 days. What really gives them 5 stars is that the plushies are high quality and soft, but their customer service department is phenomenal. My package cams with a slash in it which sliced my daughters 44" grey cat. And mewaii promptly responded to my email about this, I dent pictures of the package before opening and after. They issued a full refund for the grey kitty. I have placed another order since then and can't wait for the plushies to arrive! Thank you Mewaii! Your hosts also deserve HUGE kudos on tiktok. They are fun and wonderful!
