Still unresolved

I have posted on here on 21st December regarding my withdrawal on 13th December and its still not sorted. I am absolutely furious having spent many hours on to chat services to m fortune and to bank as m fortune is still trying to say they have paid me I've sent in all necessary documents and statements to prove that I've not been sent this money. And bank can verify this. I want answers I want to know where or who has my 75 pound winnings from beginning of December.i certainly have not received it so someone is sending it there own personal account I sent email this morning saying I want there fraud team to investigate but have had no reply! Otherwise I would like information of the correct name of the ombudsman please. Someone sort this out...

DO NOT USE!!! Exactly the same as previous reviews i deposited using my phone bill and received an unwanted bonus with ridiculous wagering requirements which i obviously didnt want spoke to chat who apparently couldnt drop this bonus so I withdrew, this is when I was told I needed to supply my phone bill and bank statement which I had to wait a month for and then supplied clearly proving its my phone, but now because theres a payment on my next bill, I now have to wait another month for my next bill. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SITE!!. Will do anything to avoid payment and thats without even getting in to games etc. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Update on my first review of this scam…

Update on my first review of this scam company.
I received a txt advising that my winnings are being processed and should receive but my doubts regarding this being true when I them recieved an email saying that the bank details were incorrect and i may not receive the money. which is a blatant lie as i also sent over a bank statement. Just another way of this scam site witholding winnings. This site should be closed down as it does everything in its power to avoid paying winnings. Cannot stress enough that people should avoid this site. Do not pay attention to the fake 5 star review's as it is their own staff reviews. Should be illegal to do what this site does.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Played on this platform for a good few months made deposits and made withdraws was asked for ID and it's was all great after I sent my REAL ID but a few months after using I made a withdrawal of £720 I was then asked to send more ID so I was fine doing so! The next day I was asked for even more information so again I did what was asked no problem! The next day again I was asked for a Video ID and a picture of me holding my ID so of course I did this! The day after this I find out my account is banned and was told that I provided them with fake documents and didn't belong to me but of course this is 100% false so spoke to a management team that deals with complaints and they closed my account due to altered documents! LMAO please avoid using this APP I have real ID documents and have done what was asked! They simply try and avoid paying out winnings but are happy to take your cash from your card instantly no problems at all!

Whatever you do I would not recommend this site

Whatever you do I would completely avoid this awful site. I opened an account, made several deposits and then requested a withdrawal for £35. Later that day I requested to close my account as wanted to take a break.

That was 6 weeks ago and around 20 or so emails later, ID and relevant documents submitted and have still not received my £35. They are very unhelpful and I am still in the process of trying to retrieve what they owe me.

You could be playing, get withdrawals, everything is OK.
Than bang
All of a sudden they request identification.

Bear in mind I've already supplied this information when opening my account.
That's how I've been playing and withdrawing.

Today they decided they want bills that are produced on the very same day as the information requested. So today is the 15th, they want a bill produced on the 15th
How??!?
It's not even worth it.
Coral, Ladbroke and William Hill pay within the hour and will request documentation upon opening the account.
These people are frauds
But luck I got time on my hands, currently waiting on a complaint response.
I no longer even want to deal with these robbers.
I'll just escalate to financial ombudsman and gambling commission because I have proof of payouts as recently as 1 month ago so doesn't justify the information request.

One thing is for sure.
It could be £5 I will not let them get away with it.
If i didn't have £5 I wouldn't be able to play so why should I allow them to get away with my £5.

Legal crooks / scammers

Started out well with these but definitely something dodgy going on with these ! So I use too play the joker slots games a lot ! Clearly states any three in view ( free spins symbol ) activated free spins rolled this in numerous times in a row and did not activate feature complained via chat they said too send in proff off this so I did never got a responce so called up said too them over the phone I want too close my account and again told them why and what had happened and I wasn’t getting fair game play and the agents responce was I’m sorry it may seem that way ! 🤨 cowboys legal crooks stay clear play brand ones like virgin / Ladbrokes etc at least when they say what starts a feature on a particular game ( actually works ) be warned ! Intriguing too see all the reply’s back from m-fortune on here quote please get in touch with us we would love too help you further ! All lies if you where a professional outfit that values “customer care “ my comment along with other peoples wouldn’t be here in the first place “ and neither would yours ! Awful company …

Awful company I've made several withdrawals over the years that has gone into my bank no problem and recently they need more ID which I send and then they ask for proof of my phone contact which I send,then they want proof that I have paid my contract?? I don't get why they would need proof of me paying my bill?.

Great casino

Very good app which is very stable without shutting down. Games are great.

Reason for 4 stars is simply down to the overall time it takes to withdraw. Theres lots of id checks once you withdraw. Even though id previously made a withdrawal from mFortune and had been checked. I understand to a certain aspect of why they do this as i think its currently uk gambling laws. I just wish you would / could get verified in one go and then every withdrawal after that is ok with no id checks. Ive received all my winnings from mFortune so no issues there, just a tad slow.

However, i think there customer service is absolutely fantastic. Both on the phone and via live chat. Its so nice to phone there customer services and get through to a human and talk. Every call ive made dealing with my withdrawals and id checks has been plain sailing and staff are very helpful and polite. I will be back

This site is a scam!!

This site is awful, quick to take money but do not payout when you win! Provided all ID then wanted videos of me holding my ID all that provided and they now want a Skype call totally unnecessary but agreed to it. They still haven’t made the Skype call to me do not believe what must be fake positive reviews and do not use the site it is a scam!

EDIT you have responded and I have emailed complaints email address yet you have not responded? Still no payout

Quick follow up to previous review

This is a quick update on my previous review of this operator and what the agent Alexandra just said in chat is, quite frankly, shocking.

After refusing to pay out on My debit card deposit win I asked them to clarify why they wanted phone bills from Oct of last year. It took 3 or 4 times of asking to get an answer. Agent said if used the number to deposit back at that time year and I replied reminding her I sent the bill showing the amount of £86, line rental £26 & outside / extra /premium charges £60. I then sent them a bank statement for that month showing payment made to Tesco Mobile of £86 and they confirmed they received it and rejected it and now they would need to see an end of term contract bill.

I asked more so out of curiousity more than anything if they were aware of outstanding documents requested my acct, why then did they simply allow me deposit after that with different method and Alexandra said, get this...

I was verified as to being over 18 with their in house system and therefore deposits are at my, the players, discretion as that's all they need to allow you to deposit and it wasn't till withdrawal attempt that a different system flagged the outstanding missing docs request l from 1 yea back.

29/09, 5:30pm.

Update, MFportume, that's your response to every neg feedback. Not taylored to me or even a person writing it's just an automated response.

All I will say is you've flagged my initial, which only served to have TP request evidence which I then gave them which led to my review being verified so that I I will say ty for that. You basically substantiated my claim against you for me

Update. Its now 11:41am, 24 hours to the minute they gave the reply you see below.. I have once again emailed them,and once again no response at all..Thank you for wastin my time again MFortune.

This operator should have its licence reviewed and its ethical practices scrutinised.

01!/10, Another Update. Actually got to speak with a manager. Not that he helped. Do you know how infuriating it is when you get totally non relevant replies to direct questions? I pointed out several of their terms they broke or ignored.

For example, their policy is to request Documents and, until they receive them they say, the player acct will be restricted and, quote "Unable to do business with you." end quote.

A, this isnt a dragons den audition and B, you don't restrict anything.... except the ability to withdraw.
I asked you why let me deposit with docs outstanding for 12 months when your terms say my acct should have been restricted? "Ummmmm, errrrrm, ehhhhh,Well.. please accept my apology for that.."

Thats all he did when I pointed out they had breached their terms is say how he can only apologise. Don't want your apology, I want my money back! Fcuking con artist!! Be glad your remote and not a physical on Street betting outlet!

As for UKGC...What do you do other than issue a slap on the wrist fines, aka The Sanctions Register, aka the naughty boy book? It Lists the casinos caught red handed and fined before being allowed to continue trading. How many licences have you revoked vs suspended then lifted?

By the way people, on that Sanctions register is MFortune, UKGC "Give us a kickback, I mean pay a fine, then we will lift the suspension and carry on offering the public a con. How you, UKGC, can refer to yourself as a regulator is laugjable. Why such a weak Commission exists I don't know.

And MFortune, Look what i found! What not to do as per the rules stated and given by the UKGC:

UKGC Statement -

"Players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time.
Further information on the rules on identify verification can be found in our age and identity verification consultation response document."

I shall draw attention to point 3 above Mr MFortune! Because there can be no argument that you have done this over and over again, I have now petitioned the IBAS, based on what you say on your site and what UKGC says you must not do, for the return of all deposits you allowed me to make after the request for documents was first made.

UPDATE Oct 07th. MFortune, Thank you for paying my Win. I still think its wrong I've had to do all this and wait a month to get it, however, in the interest of remaining fair and Honest, I can say to readers I have received the win without a need to provide any of the docs they initially requested. This case I now cconsider, at long last and finally, closed.

this is the 3rd review I am resorting…

this is the 3rd review I am resorting to leaving about this company, do not use this company finally they accepted my documents after 8 days delay and requesting every document under the sun, I requested a withdrawal of 3000 GBP they have only paid me £1000 GBP and are saying that they can only pay £1000 GBP each working day for ''security purposes'' the UKGC have confirmed to me that no policy or security purpose exists to justify this, imagine you won £100,000 on this website you would have to wait 100 days to receive 100% of your winnings which is disgusting, I would urge anyone with issues which seems like a lot of people are having to contact the UKGC and report this company as I have and they are due to be investigated again as they conduct theirselfs in a fraudulent manner and breach numerous licensing conditions and consumer rights/laws. imagine I won £3000 from say William Hill or another reputable bookmakers and tried to cash in my bet they told me sorry we can only pay you 33.3% per day. what a joke M Fortune are

I won £100 several weeks ago and even…

I won £100 several weeks ago and even though I supplied all IDS I was asked for a year or so ago and was told by mFortune that everything was in order, I still haven’t received my winnings to my bank card, which is the same bank card I use for deposits. I’ve contacted mFortune several times over the past few weeks and keep getting emails from them asking for more information. When I supply this I get another email telling me my Query is closed as I didn’t respond. I did! Dreadful way to treat a customer. I’ve sent a complaint about this and I still haven’t received any response. So disappointed in mFortune as I’ve deposited more than I’ve won.

They'll keep your money!

mFortune makes every effort to remove negative reviews, so take the score with a pinch of salt. This is the third time I'm having to post.

I made a withdrawal attempt back in May. I am writing this in September. For whatever reason, mFortune is dragging this withdrawal out and is having me complete surveys and send legal documents to them several times, despite them having received these documents multiple times now. Each time taking weeks to respond with their next excuse/request to delay the withdrawal.

I don't think it'll ever come.

Please don't use this casino, its run by crooks.

Edit: I have already gave you my details in a previous review. You opened a complaint case but you just go around in circles. Asking for document A, then B, then C, and then your circle back to A. This is on repeat. I've given up.

Absolute Scam

I put in £30 and won just over £500.

When I deposited they didn’t ask me for my ID or anything. When I tried to withdraw they asked me for 10+ different types of ID, then once I uploaded them all, they asked for more, so I uploaded them and again… I was asked for more.

I ended up giving up in getting my winnings as they move heaven and earth to keep your money, and just give you stupid excuses as to why they can’t pay out.

Please whatever you do, do not put money into this site/app as they will just scam you out of any and all winnings you get!

Sadly had many problems with…

Sadly had many problems with withdrawals..ID provided yet still want to delay you with additional requests that have nothing to do with withdrawals...Games are not varied enough and payouts take too long..others are far easier and better variations

Awful company

Awful company. So in April I was asked for all my verification paperwork. This took until June to clear as I'd won money and they wouldn't pay out. After 4 hours of phonecalls and numerous emails I was given the thumbs up and they paid my winnings. I've since played on the odd occasion before I won some money again last week. Tried to withdraw again and you've guessed it, I have to go through the verification process again!!! Live chat is a joke, the old text this number and we'll call you back doesn't work, numerous emails to support@mfortune go unanswered, I've even tried complaints@mfortune with all my details and nothing. (They'll ask me to do this again in response to this review) Trustpilot.com asked me to give proof of this as mfortune complained about my previous issue. I sent everything through to Trustpilot.com and they verified my review after seeing all the phonecall screenshots and copies of the various emails I'd sent last time. Lesson learnt I will never use them again!! I will continue to chase and chase for my winnings though.

Utterly bizarre that you should have to verify who you are every couple of months.
