They will let me use my money, but when they gave me a bonus and I built my bonus up to £75.01, I tried to withdraw, they needed my phone bill fine. But I was only given £50, they said it was in the terms and conditions. That was not in there when I joined years ago. I was told it was clear in t&c’s, no it’s not. Who reads them years after joining just in case things have changed. I remember they never used to have limits on the roulette, now they have a limit of £25, I never agreed to that change.I received the £50. I feel robbed if the £25.01

fraudsters do not withdraw money, they have a big problem with it, so deposit phones If you win and pay the bill for a month, you have to wait a month until you can show the paid bill, then they returned it to my account I made a payment 50 and 50 was left on my account I played a while and I did One payment of 50 and then 25 and only 50 of them paid me because the rest was from another account or something one big scam does not seriously come up with complaints

My last review ur saying u can't find my account,the one u deactivated when I was winning money,u replied to my last review telling me to get in touch with the email address well I did get intouch and u havent replied!!!!!Terrible!!!won £59 didn't pay me out,won 100 another time didnt pay me out,won £160 today wouldn't pay me out and they deactivated my account while I was winning alot of money on the slots, do NOT go on this site u win but they won't pay u out!!!!!!

Please stay away from this company! I have been a member for several years. I had never won anything until last week, wish I hadn’t after depositing £20 I won a £180. Provided enough identification to get a mortgage ! Yet still no winnings. Disappointed!
Left short and spent hours on live chat for no reason. Don’t waste your time!

Firstly, i want to say i have been playing with you for around 5years. Never really had any issues until now. I recently played £30.00 using the (pay with phone bill) "option" and after having know luck i decided to withdraw the £30.00. I then receive a notification asking for proof that i have paid my phone bill? by sending over my bank statements before i can receive my withdrawal.
After speaking with EE, my mobile phone provider they have told me that this is breaking data protection and how i choose to use the funds is my business. Also Mfortune has still charged me for this £30.00 (i haven't been able to use) as its been applied to my phone bill.
After reading reviews, and having a conversation with a member of the "Team" i was told until i provide proof of phone bill being paid they can not process the withdrawal.I explained this is something i can not do as my phone bill is not due until the end of the month the 28th. I then asked why this has not been a problem or concern in the past? i was told, 'Its in the terms and conditions".
At this point i would like my withdrawal "REVERSED" so i can play with it instead but i have noticed you do not have that as a feature on your site. However, i can see this has been done for a few customers at the bottom of this page.
I hoping this can be done as a "thank you" for a customer who has played with you for years and to show you value your customers experience when playing with M fortune.

No payout!
Actually did like this app but after winning and trying to withdraw £70 on the 6/1/22 and sending 3 lots of id I am still waiting on my money (15/1/22). Very disappointed. I deposited money in no problem happily took my £10 but now won't pay me back it's very unfair.
Unfortunately due to this experience I would not recommend this site!
