They will let me use my money

They will let me use my money, but when they gave me a bonus and I built my bonus up to £75.01, I tried to withdraw, they needed my phone bill fine. But I was only given £50, they said it was in the terms and conditions. That was not in there when I joined years ago. I was told it was clear in t&c’s, no it’s not. Who reads them years after joining just in case things have changed. I remember they never used to have limits on the roulette, now they have a limit of £25, I never agreed to that change.I received the £50. I feel robbed if the £25.01

fraudsters do not withdraw money

fraudsters do not withdraw money, they have a big problem with it, so deposit phones If you win and pay the bill for a month, you have to wait a month until you can show the paid bill, then they returned it to my account I made a payment 50 and 50 was left on my account I played a while and I did One payment of 50 and then 25 and only 50 of them paid me because the rest was from another account or something one big scam does not seriously come up with complaints

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Been asked to verify TWICE after a second withdrawal, have sent everything possible they have my life history but still not enough! Deposit by phone bill they are now saying I need to wait until NEXT MONTHS phone bill is paid before they can do anything how does that work, they have already verified and processed a withdrawal 1 week before! Won £60 and they declined my withdrawal…

Won £67 and they declined my withdrawal request. After spending 5 attempts totalling 2hrs on the live chat I’m still no further along. They’ve requested 10 documents from me which I’ve sent. But every time there is an issue with a document. The live chat is literally a copy and paste response and I don’t expect I will see my winnings. I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman and gambling commission. Gang of crooks

Again as you will see I have done a…

Again as you will see I have done a review previously and I am now doing another one a s I still have not received my £100 this is after having been contacted from a manager informing me that I would have the payment after 1 working day this was on Saturday. We are now going into Thursday tomorrow and going by my experience I find it very hard to believe that there banking department is busy at all. I would also over that if anyone from @ripoffbritain can help me to show this company for what they are I would love this

Im writing this for the 2nd time now as you removed my review!!? My last review ur saying u can't find my account,the one u deactivated when I was winning money,u replied to my last review telling me to get in touch with the email address well I did get intouch and u havent replied!!!!!Terrible!!!won £59 didn't pay me out,won 100 another time didnt pay me out,won £160 today wouldn't pay me out and they deactivated my account while I was winning alot of money on the slots, do NOT go on this site u win but they won't pay u out!!!!!!
Also I went on live chat 8 times they kept cutting it off everytime I asked a certain question they would answer me,I have a new phone number and deposited through that so tried to make a withdrawal,but they wouldn't let me their excuse was I won £59 last November on a old phone number so I can't get my withdrawal of £160 which I deposited £10 from pay by mobile on my new number,till I showed proof of old phone number of the £59,I told them I dont have proof of old number,so I said forget the £59 I won last year with my old number,and just give me my £160 I won today with the money I deposited with my new phone,they still said no,what does my winnings today got to do with my old number as I didn't deposit by that old number,anyway as they wouldn't pay my £160 I played on the slots and it was paying out quite alot and got upto quite alot next minute screen went blank and said your account has been deactivated!!!!! Do not give these thieves ur money they won't pay u out,sent them loads of ID but they said no even tho I gave them what they asked for,disgusting!!!!
How u haven't been closed down yet I dont know!!! I had over a £100 n that account and u deactivated while I was on the game!!!! No matter what ID ur after it's never good enough even tho it's what u asked for u use any excuse not to pay out,when I ask questions u can't answer u cut me off on the phone and live chat!!!!

Please stay away from this company

Please stay away from this company! I have been a member for several years. I had never won anything until last week, wish I hadn’t after depositing £20 I won a £180. Provided enough identification to get a mortgage ! Yet still no winnings. Disappointed!

Left short and spent hours on live chat for no reason. Don’t waste your time!

I called them today as no contact had been made, sent in yet more documents. Apparently still got to wait for an undefined period of time.

I will happily remove/update this review once funds reach my bank account.

It states on website 1 working day! Funny and clearly not the case.

Happy. Customer.

After reading reviews I was sceptical. I played for the first time,deposited £10 and also wagered £375 (bonus requirements) I thought this was completely fake as it seemed such an easy pay out. The withdrawal was processed within a day and into my bank within another 2. I’m actually shocked! Thankyou so much I was really counting on this!

Fast withdrawal

I've just received my £50 that I won a few hours ago withdrawal was fast and I didn't spend a penny as it was won from 18 free spins so I'm well happy, not the first time either this is my 3rd time winning £50 from a bonus the only thing that's a bit unfair was it was actually £90 this time round but you can only withdraw upto £50 so you loose the other £40

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

Firstly, i want to say i have been playing with you for around 5years. Never really had any issues until now. I recently played £30.00 using the (pay with phone bill) "option" and after having know luck i decided to withdraw the £30.00. I then receive a notification asking for proof that i have paid my phone bill? by sending over my bank statements before i can receive my withdrawal.

After speaking with EE, my mobile phone provider they have told me that this is breaking data protection and how i choose to use the funds is my business. Also Mfortune has still charged me for this £30.00 (i haven't been able to use) as its been applied to my phone bill.

After reading reviews, and having a conversation with a member of the "Team" i was told until i provide proof of phone bill being paid they can not process the withdrawal.I explained this is something i can not do as my phone bill is not due until the end of the month the 28th. I then asked why this has not been a problem or concern in the past? i was told, 'Its in the terms and conditions".

At this point i would like my withdrawal "REVERSED" so i can play with it instead but i have noticed you do not have that as a feature on your site. However, i can see this has been done for a few customers at the bottom of this page.

I hoping this can be done as a "thank you" for a customer who has played with you for years and to show you value your customers experience when playing with M fortune.

Bad experience!

I used up some free spins and managed to go through all the wagering requirements and won £30. Then came the withdrawal process, they keep asking for my bank statement, which I provided and keep questioning why I have certain sums of money of my account. As of today, my account has been banned, I don’t know for what reason

No payout!

Actually did like this app but after winning and trying to withdraw £70 on the 6/1/22 and sending 3 lots of id I am still waiting on my money (15/1/22). Very disappointed. I deposited money in no problem happily took my £10 but now won't pay me back it's very unfair.
Unfortunately due to this experience I would not recommend this site!
