Excellent customer care and a first rate outcome.
This company cares about the qua;lity of the service they provide.In particular you get the feeling that they want to get the best result for you in dealing with insurers. Max looked after my case and I would rate his ability to indentify issues and get the right result as outstanding....very pleased.
And as important is the quality of the finished result which was excellent.
There was a small blip with communication in the middle of the process where additional insurer authorisation was required and the progress 'dashboard' you get sent is virtually useless; but these are small beer issues when compared to the benefits.

Excellent service from MG Cannon
I found Mgcannon.com an excellent company to deal with. They demonstrated excellent levels of customer service throughout and ensured the customer, ie myself was advised in full of the damage to the vehicle. In addition they explained the detail of the corrective work required with a full estimate. They also advised me to withdraw my claim with my insurer as the required work by the the repairer needed was 50% of the excess fee that would have applied if I had ignored what MG Cannon advised me for which I am very grateful. On top of that the repairer dealt with the repair very quickly (2 days) which was excellent service to me. Thank you.

The team gave an initial estimate, which would have been accurate had they not discovered additional damage whilst repairing (no way that could have been foreseen), and kept me updated along the way.

Professional and reassuring
I had only had my new VW Polo a few months and I was understandably upset about the damage. The staff at MG Cannon could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Was updated regularly with the state of repairs. On visiting garage was able to speak to the assessor and explain fully the repairs. Pleased with the repairs. Only negative car took longer to repair than first first estimated but very pleased with result so cannot complain

Excellent service for my repairs and personal service by staff
Excellent service from this company and especially the driver Eddy who picked it up and returned my Mercedes after it's unfortunate accident. The repairs have been carried out very well 'You can't see the join' as Eric and Ernie used to say!
The insurance company Aviva also dealt with my claim, politely and efficiently and I thank you all for the excellent service!

Excellent Service
Directed to mgcannon by BMW for approved body repairs on the splitter and air dam of my nearly new M135i. Estimate was made using photos I supplied and car was booked in whilst I went on holiday and they agreed to store my car until we returned. Picked it up and it is back to its showroom condition.
