Jacob in customer service helped me make the decision between 4 and five CTW. I had never purchased lab grown diamonds and certainly never purchased on the Internet. I have always chosen my stones and the setting or at the very least chosen a piece in its entirety at a jewelry store. Also, I have usually purchased in the diamond district in Miami or New York or at a jewelry show. My only concern about lab diamonds is that their prices continue to fall and they don’t have resale value for that reason. I had to reconsider whether that resale value might be as important for this purchase. I concluded that the savings on the larger stones and the enjoyment I would have from wearing them was sufficient to warrant the purchase. I also considered all the reviews of your company to see what people felt about the quality of the lab diamonds you sell. I am quite pleased with the EF stones and their brilliance. The purchase has been smooth and extremely pleasant. Also, the appraisal certificate was important.Many thanks.

I had a great experience with Michael Gabriel’s. I was searching for a wedding band online and they by far had the best prices. Customer experience was top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size when placing my order. Before they started crafting my ring they reached out to confirm and saved me from getting a ring to small. They let me know when it was shipping and ensured I had the correct information to pick it up.

From start to finish the process was amazing. The diamonds exceeded expectations on color and clarity, and they were actually a tad bigger than the 6 carats total as purchased and the clarity was also a step better with VVS2...and most of all they look amazing on my wife...what a great experience shopping with Michael Gabriels!!!
