The team was awesome through the whole purchasing experience! Quick responses to any inquiries I had. I ordered a necklace which was delivered in a timely manner. These folks are just terrific, and so is the ring!
From start to finish, the folks at MG kept me up to date on the progress of my order, contacting my several times on the phone and by email to keep me updated. When the ring ran late, they overnighted it by FedEx to make up for the delay.
For sure, this is not my last purchase from Michael Gabriels.
And the ring was absolutely beautiful. My wife loves it.

To start, the stud earrings are gorgeous. Working with this company was a pleasure. I had many questions about diamond size, earring backs, as well as shipping. I've purchased three pieces from Michael Gabriels, and all three are absolutely gorgeous! The quality, craftsmanship, and beauty of their jewelry are truly impressive.
One of the items, a ring, developed an issue after a few months, but their customer service was exceptional. The team was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Rather than simply repairing it, they completely recreated the ring at no cost.
We just received the replacement, and it's absolutely beautiful!

My other arrived sooner than i expected and the customer service was very great. They notify you step by step. I liked the part that you have to go to fedex to puck your package. You don’t have to worry about who to sign the package because you are at work. Very happy with my order. Im going to look for a matching nacklace.

Beautiful ring - exceptional customer support
The 5 carat anniversary band from MG is stunning - it surpassed my expectations. The company’s customer service is equally incredible . The eternity band arrived and was too large . I contacted customer support about resizing. They suggested I return the ring and they would send me a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost. An eternity ring can’t be resized/ it has to be remade and they did just that without hesitation. Excellent communication through out the entire process . The replacement ring arrived sooner than expected and I love it !! Highly recommend
