I'm writing this review while fighting for a refund on my order. I paid $30 extra to get delivered the next day, and 3 days later still didn't get anything.
Customer support will keep giving you the same robotic replies over an over with no resolution.

Rude and unhelpful cs representatives
I ordered a necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday and it was never delivered. I called customer service 4 times, I asked the first rep (Alex) to speak to supervisor I was told that there wasn't one working. Alex became rude when asked for his last name he told me that he didn't have one. The 2nd rep was a young lady I didn't get her name but when asked for a supervisor I was transferred but no one ever answered the call. The 3rd time I called and spoke to another young man and he was even more rude then the first guy even started laughing when I explained that the necklace was a birthday gift and I need it in 2 days, so I ended the call. The 4th guy Edwin was nicer I explained the situation and he tried to help he advised me of my options (send another one or refund) I asked if the necklace could be overnight being that I need it within 2 days. He said yes but when he tried to reorder it the previous RUDE rep had submitted a refund without authorization. I have "NEVER" in my life been treated so horribly with disrespect and rudeness. And I will "NEVER" order anything else from Michael Kors.
Very difficult to return online items
Very difficult to return items bought a few fees ago. Online return portal failed and so far after several attempts to get help, have not received any. Incredibly poor for a high street brand.

I bought a bag on Boxing Day I bought two bags, as the sales assistant told me I could buy two and return the one I dont want u he told me it’s on sale and I could return the one I dont want as I told him I don’t need to. Now I come back on the 3rd Jan and I get told I can’t return the item only exchange I specially said I was told I was able to return or I would have just bought one and then if it wasn’t the colour she wanted would have just exchanged for the other colour. Now I was given a voucher for as a goodwill gesture but I’m still down £150 so this out just silly. Why is one employee saying one thing then another saying something else after using the voucher I don’t think I’ll be shopping at MK again first and last time, it’s just shocking honestly.

Visited the shop situated in Bluewater today to buy a bag for my daughter for her birthday. My daughter noticed that two sales assistants were looking over to us, whispering and sniggering. As soon as I put the bag which we wanted to purchase back on the rail so that we could look at the rest of the shop, the sales assistant rushed over to make minute readjustments to how the bag hung. It gave the impression that we were not welcome and that she was almost affronted that we had looked at the bag before purchasing it! I found her behaviour highly disrespectful and unprofessional and it resulted in a lost sale in an otherwise completely dead store.
Deplorable Service
Service is deplorable. They do not care. I purchased a Christmas present and was shipped the completely wrong item. I have called them 4 times, emailed several times and they keep telling me they are going to follow up and they never do. I have had the wrong item for 6 weeks now with no resolution. I work in customer service and know how easy it is to give better service than this. Disgusting that they’re taking people’s money and don’t care at all if you get what you ordered.

huge difference in color
The difference in color of leather jackets on the website vs. real life is huge! To my huge disappointment, the red leather jacket that I've ordered turned out to be more of a coral color. Not going to shop there again!

Very disappointing experience with Michael Kors.
My order was marked as delivered by UPS, but I never received the package. UPS conducted an investigation, accepted responsibility for the delivery failure, and issued a claim to Michael Kors. I forwarded all official UPS documentation multiple times.
Despite this, Michael Kors continues to refuse my refund and keeps redirecting me back to UPS, even though UPS has clearly confirmed that the matter is now between the carrier and the seller.
Retaining a customer’s payment for an item that was never received is unacceptable and unethical.
I will no longer shop with Michael Kors and strongly caution others about their customer service when delivery issues occur.
