I ordered my wife an all pink purse…
I ordered my wife an all pink purse from Michael Kors online on Dec. 16th, 2025, for Christmas. However, December 22nd, 2025, I had a purse delivered that was NOT the purse I ordered and only had pink straps for the purse and tan. So what’s the problem? The problem is they had the purse I wanted online but none in stock! However, as a husband what am I to do? It’s literally 2 days before Christmas and they wouldn’t send me a pink purse over night because of shipping and was telling me “I had to pay $80 to ship it”… make this seem right! I didn’t mess up and not take the purse off the site, I’m not the one who wants a pink MK purse the wife does, and I get the shaft?
Never again! Lost a customer, never again!
Amazon shipping ruined Christmas for us
Ordered a gift for Christmas for my wife from Michael Kors Outlet almost 10 days ago and it has not even left California. I made several other orders from 2 other companies and they were here in days...not weeks. Never again.
Michael Kors is a Rip Off
I purchased a fanny bag for international travel. I only used it 3 times and the buckle broke. I reached out to Michael Kors and they told me to mail it Rags Brothers to fix it. It cost me $13 to ship. And then Rags Brothers stated (after they received my bag) that it would cost $85 to fix it!! I paid $98 for the bag. Ridiculous! So I told them to forget it — it wasn’t worth it to fix it as the cost to fix was as much as the bag was worth. Then they wanted me to pay $20 to ship it back. What a scam!! Will NEVER buy another Michael Kors bag again. Other brand names will be better to their customers.
Horrible customer service. Undelivered pkg after 12 days.
Long story short, my order number ****1314 was placed on 12/6/2025. It was then shipped on 12/8/2025 through Amazon + USPS. Today 12/8/2025, according to USPS tracking number, the order is being returned to NJ after coming to MI which is my state because of some missing information. All these was shown on USPS website, especially the update that shows "Return to Sender Processed December 15, 2025, 1:33 pm". I contacted them through chat, I didn't know if their staff didn't understand what the tracking number showed or he/she didn't want to help. After almost half an hour queuing and another half chatting with them, nothing was solved. I have to say it was a terrible experience that I've ever had from such a big name like Michael Kors. Very very very disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered a handbag through the Swedish website, but the parcel has been stuck in Germany for a long time with no movement. Customer service chat was unhelpful and just redirected me to the courier. The product has still not arrived, and my refund has not been processed. No real help or contact. I do not recommend ordering online.

Too many issues
First issue - I paid extra for the express shipping. Not only did it not arrive on the date I paid extra for but upon emailing about it my request for refund of the extra shipping was totally ignored. I had to make it clear I’d make it an official complaint for them to act.
Second issue- as it didn’t come through on the date specified I had to get someone to stay in for the required signature on another date (not the updated date I was given) and when the delivery person got there they literally said no signature was required. Messed around and not even proof of delivery taken.
Third issue - when returning one of the bags I put it back in original packaging and took it to one of the point listed as a return option on the Kors site. When I got there they insisted they didn’t take that size parcel. Why would you send your customers there if they couldn’t accept the parcels? I insisted and they took it so fingers crossed it goes smoothly. Hopefully no fourth issue. Disappointing service.
Awful customer service
I was bought some shoes last Christmas, I’ve worn them a handful of times this year and the back has some wearing of the leather. Emailed customer services with pictures, no response. Chased up and still no response. Awful customer service! The shoes were not cheap and you get no assurance or help after sale!

I can't understand how come a luxury brand has a site that doesn't work, you can't log in correctly in most browsers, keep track of your purchase and worst of all, you send a message to customer support who responds automatically that basically they do not have time to respond to customers because they sold a lot during a promotion. Horrible experience, I will never buy from this brand again!!!

Really disappointed with the delivery time for a gift I ordered and needed for a specific date. Paid &£10 extra for a delivery time of 2 days, only for it to come 5 days later which was too late!
E-mailed my concerns with no reply.

Irresponsible customer service
Irresponsible customer service. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Michael Kors. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and showed a lack of care for customer value. Despite requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was never transferred and instead told I would receive a callback within 48 hours. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I still haven’t heard back. As a regular customer, this experience has completely changed my view, and I will no longer be making purchases from them.
Michael Kors, Terrible customer service
Bought two bags on the official webstore and after two days found out those bags were about 30% cheaper in the same place. I contacted customer service, and they said their system doesn't allow them to match the new prices and asked me to email them. I've emailed them a few times with no answer, and now my emails are being returned ( may be blocked). Their customer service is terrible, and I'm very unsatisfied. I won't buy anything from them ever. If someone from Michael Kors sees this, can they contact me.
Refund finally arrived
This is an up date to my review of August 2025.
The company finally located the bag in November 2025 and has given a refund. The refund is described as customer return rather than the delivery failure that it was. No explanation of where the bag was for three months (their warehouse?).
Grateful for the refund but no assurance the same would not happen again.
Urgent: 2 Unexplained Cancellations, Lost Credit Card Fees, and 5 Days of Silence from CS
I am writing this review out of extreme disappointment and frustration with Michael Kors Global’s ordering and customer service process. The level of service is utterly unacceptable for a brand positioning itself as global and luxury.
1. Repeated Order Cancellations (Order GE9937551546NL & GE10112496284NL): I placed two separate orders for a product on the Michael Kors Global website. Both times, my orders were automatically cancelled after a 12-day waiting period without any prior warning or human contact. The reason provided was simply "out of stock" or "seller cancellation."
Crucially: Before placing the second order (GE10112496284NL), I specifically confirmed with a CS agent that the item was available, yet it was still cancelled with the same, vague reason. This points to a severe, ongoing failure in Michael Kors' inventory management system.
2. Financial Loss & Time Wasted: Due to these two failed transactions, my card was charged and then refunded, resulting in me losing non-refundable credit card transaction fees (FX fees) twice through no fault of my own. This financial damage, combined with over 30 days of total waiting time, is unacceptable.
3. Complete Failure of Customer Service (The Worst Part): When I contacted your customer service team seeking an explanation for the first cancellation, the response I received was astonishingly poor:
"Unfortunately, we do not have any further information regarding why this order GE9937551546NL was cancelled. IF THIS HAPPENS FOR A THIRD TIME, please contact us and WE WILL ESCALATE THIS TO OUR RELEVANT GLOBAL TEAM."
I was given no genuine reason for the cancellation and was actively encouraged to place a third order, accepting the risk of further financial loss and disappointment, before the company would even agree to escalate the issue. This is an insulting breach of trust for a returning customer.
The Silence Treatment: Following this, I escalated my complaint and the email was CC'd to supervisors. They have since responded with complete silence for over 3 working days.
Conclusion: Your operational efficiency is flawed, and your customer service is fractured, dismissive, and utterly unwilling to take responsibility. Michael Kors has failed me twice and now demands that I fail a third time just to earn the right to have my complaint addressed. I trusted your brand; you demand a third chance without justifying the failure of the first two.
I demand an immediate, formal explanation from a high-level manager in the Global Customer Experience team and a concrete proposal for compensation for the lost transaction fees and the immense time wasted. The current working standard of Michael Kors is no different from a low-end "market stall" operation, not a global luxury brand.

Totally terrible customer service
Totally terrible customer service. I bought suitcase in limited edition 007 and lost wheel. Just wanted to buy new one wheel and got answer, there is no possibility after 2 years guarantee. So there is no service after 2 years. Suitcase repair shop told me couldn’t find wheel which can set to this suitcase. So now I have no options to solve this problem.
Poor quality of products for a premium…
Poor quality of products for a premium prices. Ive had my leather belt for around 7 to 8 months, and the leather is absolutely shredded.
Not just around the belt hole i use, but the cracking leather has spread about 10-15cm.
Apparently this is not a manufacturing defect and im not entitled to claim under warranty. Avoid. Buy elsewhere
