The parcel dropped at wrong place
The parcel was dropped in front of another house.
the gut not even rung at the door to advice.
Hopefully a neighbour as noticed this and looked at the parcel sticker as he was surprise of that situation, and he decided to get it back to the right place
Not happy with that delivery with a cost of more that 100€ .. it could have been stolen easily
It was fast anyway

Good service
In an initial order, I had ordered shoes that later turned out to be unavailable. Customer service communicated correctly and thoughtfully with a discount code to compensate. Placed new order and this order was delivered very correctly and quickly. My first experience with this site is certainly very positive.

communication after ordering was very clear and transparent. Also communication on the shipment and arrival process was daily updated and delivery was accurate.
Even returning the goods when needed was very easy and in case of issues you can use the chat function which is working very well and efficient. Jakub K. helped me with a small issue in a couple of minutes.
