Nice site for quality products(not always cheapest).
Ordered a pair of Plein Model sneakers but got some days later message that they were going to check if product was still available.This seemed strange as on the site it was available at full price.
Another day later i receiced a message that it was ok and to speed things up i received free express delivery which matched the delivery time as mentionned on the Miinto site.
So thumbs up for the delivery - but no 5th star as according to me you need to be sure when Miinto mentions available that the products is certainly available.

Sometimes it happens that the physical shop has just sold the item which you have just purchased online, to avoid this the system checks which shop does have the purchased item in stock and therefore it can take up to 48 hours before your order will get accepted. Fortunately, the item was in stock and you did receive your order on time. I hope this clarifies things for you. 😁

Orders never shipped by partners but no money back
I have 3 rejected and 1 cancelled order. The latter 2 waiting since 3rd of May and the 187314 waiting for refund since 23/5. Zbigniew contacted me today that they still need more time. No idea how much longer Miinto finds this acceptable but consider huge delays in case your order gets rejected. Waiting 4 weeks on refund of 2 orders that have never been shipped, and more than a week of another order that was also never shipped. What an inconvenient experience.

Because they had send it to me the wrong product; not the model I order it and the best solution that they find all the time to refund/resend the product ot a promotional code for next purchase!

This company is dubious! I ordered boots that were sent to me from Italy. Without labels!!!!!
I only tried them on at home and sent them back because they are too tight for me. The retailer claims I wore them and I now - after it was checked by so called Dispute Center - have to keep the boots. ANYONE could have worn these boots in the shop in Italy. MIINTO gives no assurances. Do not buy here under any circumstances.
I will consider legal action.
