Wanted to return a sloppily sewn shirt. I went to their return site and learned that I was basically screwed.

First, I had to make a decision within seven days or I would be SOL.

Second, you can't return the item to their US shipping partner. It has to go back to China and pay for international shipping.

Third, as a consolation, they'll refund 15% of the product price if I didn't want to ship the product back. Or a 30% credit toward the next purchase.

So, they ship you a crappy product and then insult you. This company is another typical Chinese schlock operation. Avoid them at all costs!

BTW, most of the positive reviews are paid for

I tried this company. Took a long time to arrive, clothes feel cheap and returning items was challenging and turns out the cost of return shipping charges almost exceeded what I had already spent.

I won't use this company again, just too difficult!

I have received your response to my queries re: returning an inappropriately sized shirt that, through zero fault of my own, does not fit me. I am completely dissatisfied by your comment that the return expense will be mine. That is not MY problem, it is Yours.

As the sellers of a product that is so obviously wrongly sized, these are your options:

Refund my full purchase price and pay return shipping costs
or
Refund my money without my returning the shirt, as you stated that the cost of shipping internationally (FOR YOU) is too expensive.

So, as you can see, you can save the return shipping costs by refunding my money and not require the return of a useless shirt, as any reputable and ethical company would prefer to do. This would be the much wiser path for you to take.

I am one fingertip away from using my many contacts and advertisers and social
media to show how unscrupulous and unethical your company is should you not issue me a full refund.

I have ordered 8 shirts in total from your company, 7 of which fit as expected. Are you such poor business people that you prefer to lose much more business from me (and everyone I know) as well as receive many bad social media and advertising reviews) ?

Avoid at all cost, poor quality, bad customer service and very shiesty behavior as they hide behind the badge of being in a foreign country. Returned the merch and still never got my money after communicating through a direct email with company. Horrible thieves! Stay away. Crooks!

Having seen their advert I decided to purchase 3 shirts. They duly arrived , not impressed with the finish, but my main gripe was they were too big. In accordance with their returns policy I packaged them up with all correspondence in their own materials and the address they gave me that I was able to print from the net.
They claim they have not arrived !
They were posted 3months ago since when I have had numerous emails from 10 different people all saying the shirts have not arrived. I am now the cost of shirts plus £15 postage light particularly as returns are not free.
Anyone considering purchasing goods needs to read all reviews plus mine in case they might need to return items.

Ordered four XL shirts - two were smaller than XL even though the tags read XL.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM - To ship the 2 smaller shirts back to China costs about what the shirts cost, so no true "refund" there.

To discourage me from returning the two shirts, I was actually offered a 15% discount of my next order!!

WHY would I order from Milamode again when they really don't stand behind THEIR issues such as improper Chinese labeling of USA sizes? ... To go through this again? NEVER.

It's going to cost ME more money to send them back, or have two shirts that are not XL... AS ADVERTISED!

It's a shame because this had become my favorite website for fantastic shirt designs, but BUYER BEWARE... It will probably cost you more money and a LOT of aggravation!

A Terrible way to run a business.

Ordered product, product showed up completely different than description. Requested return they refused to send paid shipping label and provided this address as their return

One shirt was nice and the fit was excellent the other was short and bad fabric. I can't wear it so it will become a rag!!!

Cancelled order 1 hour after ordering due to reviews They still charged and added shipping charge plus overseas money charge. OVOID AT ALL COST..

I ordered a shirt for my son and the printing quality was terrible. The edges of the images were super pixelated. It would have been too costly to return to China so I’m just donating it. Don’t waste your money.

After waiting more than two weeks to receive my order for shirts that were dirt cheap, that's about what I received--DIRT. The shirts were made of paper thin polyester that probably wouldn't hold up under one washing, and they were Asian sizes (e.g., my L fit more like an S or M at best). But here's the real problem: When you try to return them, the catch is that they don't stand by their cheesy products because you have to pay the freight to return them to China! And that cost is well above the cost of their crappy products. So the only alternative is for them to refund only 25% of your cost. Nice business model for them, right? This clearly falls under the cliché, "if it's too good to be true..." Final upshot: When I learned that the shipping cost would be well over $100 (vs. my order amount of $90) and that shipping to China has no tracking ability, I took their measly 25% refund and am giving the shirts to charity.

I bought 3 shirts from Milamode. One of them was advertised as a Cotton/Linen blend, turned out to be 58% polyester and the rest cotton. I bought another shirt XL size, even though i only wear a Large. The XL was too tight on me and i can't wear the shirt. The other shirt doesn't look at all like it did on the website, but at least it fits. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF MY PURCHASES.

Ordered XL size shirt from milamode. They sent the correct style but the wrong size. They sent a smaller size and cutout the label out to hide the fact. the other shirts were the correct products, but cheap material and the button holes were to small. There customer service is a joke. This company will cheat you. Save your money. buy American. Jackson

A first time order of a shirt that after it finally arrived did not look anything like the picture on their website. The products are from China...poor material and poorly made. They will only refund 15% and the buyer is responsible for shipment back to China although the return address is in Walnut, California, I have filed a complaint with the BBB of California. Think twice about ordering from this online company.

Ordered 2 shirts and 2 shorts.
I am a big guy oerded 3x shirts
They are a medium and say 3 x.
There are tight on my son that wears a med.
The shorts were at least 6 inches small in the waist.
They will refund me 15,% (joke)
To return I have to pay the shipping!!
I will never order anything from here again. I advise the same for others.

This company is barely more than a scam. Their customer service people are unresponsive and their shipment policies are rife with possibilities for
your merchandise to be mislaid, ripped off or simply lost. This was the worst merchandise experience I’ve ever had. They refused to refund money when I only received one of five items I ordered. I will never buy from this company again.

Total scam for reasons mentioned on other customers feedback. Poor quality, gross misrepresentation, immensely short sizes to the point cannot be worn, horrible quality. ZERO customer service on returns - just get ghosted. Don't fall for the nice internet pics - its all a scam.

IF I could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible to deal with. I am 91 years old and have tried for 3 months to get my money back on 23 shirts that I energetically purchased online. Their shirts are much smaller than stated, I order size 3xl, in all shirts that I wear and these 3xl's fit like a medium. I ordered 23 shirts, as I THOUGHT - "this is great" it wasn't. I tried to call, I tried emailing, I stated that all of the shirts were to small - their email response was which ones would you like to return..My title on my email was, "return - problems on 23 shirts" Then I try following up - they say i'm outside of the return time, EVEN with my emails well within the 30 days. HORRIBLE! Save your money and spend it on clothing from anyone else! ... There are MANY other clothing companies!

Finally, after 5 months I have eventually got a refund so perseverance is required.

Another week and now an "expired" notice. Total nightmare!

Warning to all - no doubt at least three "good" reviews will suddenly appear after another poor report. Return shown as expired in Customs/Tracking. Hopeless situation and suggest reading of all reviews imperative if anyone insists on ordering from this company.

Well another week has gone by and still "stuck in Customs". Milamode evidently not getting a reply from Customs to find out what the problem is. Situation just getting worse.

I have never been so disappointed - the quality is very poor and trying to return is a nightmare.

It cost me over £15.00 to return and the items have been stuck in Chinese customs for well over two months.

I guess it is another lesson learnt and I will have lost my money.

I would advise to avoid this company.
