I cannot warn you away from this company more if I tried. I ordered 6 shirts and NONE of them were as described. The sizes are all wrong. The materials are not as posted. Forget cotton - these were horrible polyester garbage. Forget refunds - you need to send them to CHINA at your own expense. They will haggle you and wear you down until you accept some minimal refund - I finally gave up and accepted 35%, which to their credit was immediately posted to my account. But I lost 65% of my money for useless shirts that I felt guilty donating to charity. This place does not deliver what they advertise. Believe the other 1-star reviews.

Customer service did absolutely nothing, after sending me the wrong size shirt.

I ordered and paid for two shirts and got one. Called after several months, was told the missing shirt was back in stock, so I asked for it to be shipped and ordered and paid for two more shirts. Have still not received anything but the first shirt. If this is not a scam company, it is the closest thing to it I have ever dealt with. Customer service is clearly not on their radar. Why can't I rate this company a zero?

Instead of the breezy, floaty dress I really wanted I got a severely cut dress that looked like a bad nurse's uniform of old. I'm SO disappointed and so done responding to adds that pop up when I am web surfing. From now on,I contacted customer service and 'm extremely pleased with the customer I had a wonderful experience with customer ser was extremely kind and polite. I can’t wait to order again.

The shirts I wanted looked great and the prices were nice also, especially the "final sale" items. I did not check out the reviews at this point.

However, when I went to checkout, a huge red flag popped up when it came time to enter my address. It asks for all the right information, but not in the proper order and doesn't provide a list of values (LOV) for state and allows you to type anything you want. Perhaps you may think this is nitpicking and no big deal since you typically type whatever you want for the address and city as well. But LOV's for state has been common practice in internet point-of-sale sites for well over a decade now. I don't like it. But worse is that the format, for entering the complete address, and even in the confirmation page was:
NNN Whatever St
STATE, CITY, ZIP

I informed them of this error through chat, and got generic bot responses. Regardless, I didn't go through with the purchase, because if they can't get this right, they're either a scam site with a bad fake Point-Of-Sale website or they are a poor company that likely won't get anything correct, has crappy customer service, and/or poor quality items which is why they're so inexpensive.

If there was a negative number here I would give it. If you feel like wasting money, I would just get some cash and torch it.

Wrong sizes ,wrong gender,wrong color. No return address! I think your shipping people my be inept and uncaring.

Ordered several patterned shirts. They showed up many sizes larger than I ordered. They are shapeless and made of paper-thin material. To return, I had to ship to China and I have never received my refund. TOTAL CRAP GOODS. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Styles are nice, inexpensive and rather inferior quality. They claim products are quality inspected but I see many defects that would not pass a real inspection.
Products tend to be VERY VERY small. Overall, I get the feeling that these are made in somebody's house or some run down factory. Return policy is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON milamode.

The order arrived on time. But was fake. They have fake labelling on the sizes for shirts. Especially Hawaian style.. They have fake labelling on cotton v polyester. Its all mostly polyester even the ones that say cotton.
Their swim shorts are also sized wrongly and the material is so thin when it gets wet you see straight thru.
They also dont care cause they wont get involved in shipping back items which they claim to do.
Its a scam company. They know it. The reviews show it. They are just stealing peoples money with false claims. They got mine and they will get yours.

Material is paper-thin crap. Even if you order a size larger, it shrinks two sizes after washing in luke-warm Woolite. Got no response for return and refund. Waste of money; go to WalMart for better shirt products.

I read that Milamode merchandise has size issues and ridiculous procedures to return their defective merchandise. It is all true. I wear a medium. I purchased a medium and a large. Neither shirt fit which was too bad because I liked them. I emailed and their reply didn't address my issues. All they did was to first offer a discount and then a higher one. There were too many conditions attached if you wanted a return label. Don't buy from this company. Prices are good and quality is marginally passable but there is no reason for making shirts this tiny. It shouldn't be hard to make their merchandise in correct sizes. Mailamode simply chose not to.

Buyer beware. It’s nearly impossible to understand the sizing, and each item appears to be different. Once ordered be prepared to wait a very long time (weeks) for your order to arrive. If you want to return anything, the process for it is ridiculously complicated and expensive - you have to ship the clothing back to China using a trackable service like FedEx or UPS, which will easily cost $30 to $40 or more (even for a single shirt). The styles and the prices may seem attractive, but be prepared for exceptionally low quality and unpredictable sizing. IMHO, life’s too short to roll the dice buying from a company like this.

Let me start by saying I really wish that I would’ve looked at the reviews of Milamode before ordering from them…. I placed an order and after a lengthy wait I received my order…. Keep in mind that the order in which came from somewhere in Illinois, their so called warehouse... All the clothing ordered came from China and sizes ran extremely small! I contacted Milamode about returning the clothes and getting a refund…. I was advised that I would have to return the clothes to China…. The clothes didn’t fit anyone in my family so I wanted to return the order… A trip to UPS was made and I almost passed out, $350.00 to return this crap to China!!! …. I didn’t asked why I had to return the merchandise to China as opposed to returning it to where it came from in Illinois… I was told that the US address is just a warehouse for stocking and that they don’t except returns and that I had to return it back to China, I also had to show proof of my shipping it back with an actual receipt showing that I shipped it back to China at a cost of $350 to do so… I again contacted Milamode and was given the choice of keeping the crap that doesn’t fit anybody and receiving a 25% refund…. So for the $86 that I spent buying the crappy merchandise I got a total of $13 and some change back. I hope that karma pays Milamode back!!

If I could give them zero stars I could. Their sizing claims are absolute BS. I ordered a 5xl which specifically said US 5xl, but it wasn't even close. Their return policy is designed to make it useless to even try. Bottom line, don't waist your time or money doing business with these people, just another Chinese rip off. Actually, I have not run into a single Chinese company that is honest and has a good work ethic.

I purchased 4 items from Milamode back on 20 May 2021. They cost me US$87.27 (AUS$112.87). One item was unavailable after I’d ordered (even though their website said and continued to say it was available). In early August I was offered a refund of US$19.69 and accepted. Ever since then I have had to chase, beg, email and exhort Milamode to return my funds to me. They keep insisting they have as at 14 August, however the money’s not in my account after all this time. They’ve asked me to check with my bank which I’ve done and then they’ve shown me a “refund transaction number” however its only their internal one so there’s no way I can check that against my credit card provider.

In short, this company is either a scammer and dishonest, or they’re both incompetent and treating me, their customer as a fool.

Frankly, I reckon I am indeed a fool for ever having dealt with them in the first place. If you are contemplating making any sort of purchase from Milamode, be aware that in my experience, they’re completely disreputable and not to be trusted. In short, be prepared to lose your money. I write this review in the interests of transparency and accountability which I hope will stop anyone else being ripped off too. Sadly, Peter

Since writing the above, I've discovered the refund was in fact made; it simply showed up in my online statement months earlier than when they said it was refunded. I'm told that's a function of the refund coming off the original credit card purchase; something perhaps this company might be aware of but which I wasn't. In any event, happily I now have my money back and accordingly, must in integrity retract the above excoriation. with abject apologies to Milamode.
