I have bought several shirts and was satisfied. However, the last one I bought, they shipped the wrong shirt color. I emailed them and they said to send photos of the shirt, package, website photo, order form, which I did. Then nothing. I sent 5 emails and they ignored each. I finally phoned and got a "service representative" who argued with me saying the shirt they sent is the one I ordered, when clearly based on the photos, it was not. They wanted me to pay return shipping which I wouldn't bc it was their fault. Then they wanted to refund but deduct shipping (same issue). They refused to budge. Finally I accepted 50% refund and I threw the shirt away. Milamode is a rip-off if you need customer support. I will NEVER buy anything from them.

Quality is terrible. New shirt, unworn; unwashed. 3 buttons have come off already with another one dangling by 1 thread. Pathetic. Don't waste your money.

The polo’s and shirts are Awesome, 10/10 the fabric the quality the design and cut are perfect , was worried at first but extremely happy

I received my 3 shirts yesterday,they were packaged very well and neat.I tried them on the fit was the same as here in the USA.The material is nice and I will order again from Milomade. Steve Osman

Cool shop, they have good offers and the clothes looks good irl, the fabric is a blend but is comfortable.

This is another Chinese scam. To return the product, you have to pay to ship it back to China! They don't tell you this on their web site. This costs more than the product!

Very cheaply made, poor quality. Sleeve and lower shirt edges were already frayed when the shirts arrived. Button holes began to unravel at first wearing. One shirt shrunk even though it was washed in cold and tumbled dry on low. These are truly a waste of good money. Its too bad. The designs are great. Worthless product.

the store have a lot of nice clothes and in real life the clothes looks a lot like the pics but the quality isn´t for me.

Terrible quality. My new t-shirt is waffle necked after just one wash.

Ordered an XL, sent a SM. No response to required email of return proceedures. They still have my money.

My friend mike gave me a shirt that i love and he said he bought it here so i ordered 2 shirts and a pair of beach shorts, and i like them a lot, but the shorts are shorter than the store pics shows.

Stay away. The shirts are cute, but poorly made. The sizing charts on the web site aren't even close and the charts change between shirts. To get a refund it is necessary to mail the goods to China, even though they are shipped from locations in the U.S.; hardly worth the cost. When I suggested Milamode pay the return shipping, because it was their sizing information that made the product unusable, "customer service" went silent.

I purchased several items before Christmas products didn't arrive till after Christmas tried to return several of the products there's no response from their customer service 4 weeks tried using email and calling the phone line is always busy.
The wrong size quality shirts feels like they were made from a plastic bag.

i like the prices of this store, they always have a good discount and the clothes are very nice for the price, definitely budget friendly.

stay as far away as you can from these thieves Ordered 2 shirts shipping took absolutely forever after 6 weeks finally received 1 shirt requested were is my other shirt STILL IN WAREHOUSE PROCESSEING after 6 weeks ask them when it would ship received email stating it was processing to ship then 1 week later was notified that my shirt was out of stock ask for refund from customer service my first response was we can not refund that shirt it has already been delivered after I explained to them I NEVER RECEIVED THE SHIRT they finally agreed to refund me but only sent partial refund just finished talking to customer service she said they refunded the full amount told her would you like to see my bank account prove to you only partial refund she would not respond STAY AWAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a purchase of seven shirts, XL, along with two pair of pants, these were Christmas gifts for my husband. Two of the seven shirts are not close to being XL, much closer to M. The buttons are an inch or more away from the button holes. I did contact the seller, but since the date is past their 15 days refund policy they would not give a refund. I was offered a 15% off on another purchase. Why would I want to purchase more shirts knowing if they did not fit I would not get a refund or exchange. These being Christmas gifts made it impossible to meet the return policy. I will give the company credit for getting back to me within a day of my complaint. I guess I will not be ordering from them again. Two brand new shirts going into the trash. It also should be noted that their site has a review section but there is no way to enter a review.

I ordered shoes, sweaters, and shirts 1 month ago. I received 1 shirt. Looked nothing like the advertisement and the size was incorrect. As for the shoes and sweaters, it has been 1 month and not only did I not receive the orders, I have not been informed of order details, expected shipping dates, NOTHING. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. At this point, I don’t really care because even if I do receive the orders, chances are it will be substandard material and quality. I’ll just eat the loss and chalk it up to lessons learned.
