I purchased 8-shirts from Milamode that looked great on thier website. The shirts were shipped from China directly to me. I received the 1st shipment of 7-shirts. You can almost see-thru the shirts (less than paper thin). Poor quality. So I emailed customer service and wanted to return and cancel the last shirt. They sent the last shirt anyways. Now I have to return the shirts to China, pay shipping, duty & taxes. They offered me a 25% refund if I kept the shirts ($44.00) and they keep my $132.00. Do not buy from Milamode.

I wish I had read Milamode's reviews before ordering. The designs look good and the prices are low, but you get what you pay for. What you get is the cheapest, thinest polyester, poorly stitched and unwearable, And forget about returning them. All returned items require tags attached, although some items arrive without tags, and although you package is shipped from Los Angeles, you have to return it to China. The shipping and customs charges are more than the purchase price. I have to think all the positive reviews for their products cannot be legitimate. I have simply thrown away over $100. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!

I ordered four mens' shirts under the MISSLOOK label. One had a different cotton blend than the others. After washing all of them as per the instructions, before wearing them, I hung them to dry and ironed them all, after first ascertaining they fit. one of them had ridiculously shrunk.
I emailed milamode requesting a replacement or full refund. They replied that no returns were accepted after washing but offered a 15% refund. A second email to them resulted in an offer of a 35% refund but still no returns after washing. I will never deal with them again.

Ordered mans shirt given women’s. It is in China not the US. Poor customer service so far. I don’t recommend

Ordered two shirts, both were of low quality (poor stitching, fabric). Both were sized M, but one was much smaller (unwearably so) than the other.
Started a return for the too small shirt - they promised a response in 48 hours, but it has been two weeks with no response.

Size XL was tiny, perhaps a med or small actually. Material listed as "cotton-blend" was 100% polyester. Material was thin. Basically, the shirts are unwearable and I'm out $100. Buyer beware. Sigh.

Finally got my shirts.... after 7 weeks! I bought 6 shirts on the same order 6 weeks out from a vacation for the family. 3 different deliveries and one was while I was on vacation, so they were of no use to me.

As for the reviews on here, if it sounds like someone from a place outside the US and has a 5 Star rating, it's the company trying to pump its rating.

My grandfather requested a shirt from this company as a Father’s Day gift, but I didn’t do my research as I should. The quality of the item is very poor. There is a palm tree design that seems to be digitally printed onto the shirt, but it is blurred and visibly crooked. The return instructions states the item(s) must have all tags attached with the original packaging. However, the shirt came with the tag cut off! You can literally see a small black strip of it! So you spend more money returning it with no luck of a refund. A rip off! And of course you can’t leave reviews on the actual site. Go figure. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Terrible quality workmanship. The stitching is horrible. Sizes are not what they appear. I usually wear large but ordered XL just to give some extra room. All the shirts I received were at best mediums (but marked XL) Too expensive to pay shipping back for a return to China. Embarrassed to even give away to smaller relatives due to the poor stitching. At least shipping was fast for an order from China,

I ordered 6 shirts, 3 came the correct size XL as ordered and advertised. The 3 others were way too small though labeled XL there were more the measurements of a Medium. Poor quality control, they what the buy to pay for return shipping for something that is there fault and/or what equals to false advertising. The cheapest cost to ship back in was $45 US for a $51 credit. So not work spending the money. I do like the shirts that fit though one of them the pocket wasn't sown on in the correct spot on the chest. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you live close to China to be able to ship back cheaply.

I should have known by the price. The shirt paper thin and the sizes were way off. I am a big guy and ordered 3xl what I got was at best a small.

Do not order from Milamode. Scam company out of China. I ordered 5 shirts, not one was wearable. Trying to return items: the return address is in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It would cost more in shipping than the refund I would get back. DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAMODE

Your return policy is a TOTAL SCAM -- "must be made within 24 hours of arrival and includes a 15% restocking fee." How insane!!! I shall never purchase from you again. Amazon is the only place to safely purchase and receive a return that is not an impossible shell-game con....I purchased an additional 2 shirts that have still not arrived, and trust me that will be the end of our business with you. You are a dishonest business. You get the customers $$$$ -- and make SURE any return is impossible. I am a businessman myself -- and you can be sure of a scorching review online. In fact, I am going to copy & paste this very email. The pitiful thing is you ASSURE customers you have EASY returns. WHAT A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Milamode sent me the wrong size shirt. I ordered an XL and received something much smaller. Attempts to secure a refund resulted in a series of offers to me to accept a partial refund plus a certain percentage "OFF coupon". After three emails, when I said they finally sent me a return label, but said I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA.

This company does not understand customer service and its relationship to building a business. They are probabably running a sweat shop and are only in it for the quick money.

Ordered a shirt in XL- arrived with tag cut out and size was not even close. It may have fit someone in a medium. Contacted company and they said I would have to return it to China if I wanted refund even though shipping address was CA. Offered me 35% refund amount- would never do business with them again. Product was pretty shoddy as well.

Do NOT order or purchase a shirt from this company. You will get sizes that vary, in my case two were snug, too snug, and the other same label was two sizes too small. They will send you a label to China and will not reimburse the purchaser for the full price of the shirt unless YOU pay for shipping costs to China. This is a rip-off and you can find the same shirts that FIT perfectly from Target. No, I have no "interest" or relationship to Target.

My husband ordered four shirts b/c they were reasonably priced, except for one, and he liked the fun and retro designs. They were sized ok, except the sleeves were too short and so it looked odd, almost like a cap sleeve. In order to return them, you have to jump through hoops. They want photos of you wearing the shirt, to ensure they don't "fit, then you have to pay shipping to ship AND you have to pay customs and any additional international fees on the return as well. What a rip off, for the price, you're better off keeping them or you end up "paying" twice! They offered 15% off if you keep them. Would not order again or recommend if you're not sure of the sizing. And yes, they are paper thin.

Do NOT order men's shirts from MILAMODE! Fabric is garbage, very thin, very poor quality! Does not look like photos on their website. I have old used dish towels that look better than these "new" shirts! AND they expect the customer to pay return shipping...really?

Crap quality and horrible return policies. You have to pay for shipping to China!! Probably cost more than they pay the sweat shop workers.

The problem with online purchases is that you don't really know what to expect. A picture does not convey the quality of workmanship, materials used, sizing, etc. Consumers therefore need to be able to trust the vendor to have a reliable, honest return policy.
Milamode is a company from China.
I made a purchase of six shirts, five of which I didn't open after opening the first. Upside: the products did match the pictures. Downside: Low quality, marginal workmanship, pretty pricey, and requires dry cleaning! Seriously!
I made contact with "Customer Service" through the returns page on their website, asking to return the unopened shirts. Received a vague email asking if I wanted a 15% refund to keep the shirts, or 25% off my next purchase of $99 or more. (Kinda odd, refusing a return by offering to sell more stuff ???)
As the end of the return period is approaching, I have sent daily emails, but I have a feeling that I am going to be forced to take the 15% and chalk up the losses to an expensive reminder.
I will most certainly never make another purchase from Milamode.
