Materials were paper thin across the board. On 3 of my 5 items the sizing was far, far too small. I am 5XL and I don't think the pants, for example, would comfortably fit 1XL. One of the 5XL shirts could not even be pulled over my shoulders.

My other two items were fine, if a little tight.

Return policy is cumbersome and the customer must pay for shipping (which must have a tracking number, so not just postage).

Ordered 4 men's 4XL shirts. 3 arrived after 34 days. All were much smaller than 4XL. 2 were about 2XL. 1 clearly labeled incorrectly. I estimate it's a large.
Material is paper thin. Garbage.
Email to request a return. They counter, keep them and we'll give you 15% back or 25% in store credit.
I told them I want to return them. Waiting on directions from milamode.
Their return policy says it's easy. It is not.
Had I'd known the shirts are low quality garbage, shipping time is ludicrous and returns are a hassle I would have never placed this order.
I suspect the multi star reviews are bogus. You can tell by way they are worded.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAMODE!

First I found the sizing chart wrong. My chest is 45". The Chart stated "Medium". Too small. If the package included a return label that let you know the destination is CHINA (I live in Canada, and the cost of shipping to the buyer is not worth it based on the price of the shirt for a return), I never would have bought one in the first place.

As others have warned, the shirts you get don't look like the ones depicted on the website. And don't bother trying to get help from customer service. All you will get is an incessant flood of email saying they need more information, more photos, and a collection of irrelevant items (after I sent three photos they requested of the defective shirt, they emailed back saying I needed to send a photo of the discarded packaging). I saw the poor reviews and wrote Milamode customer service before ordering asking if the reviews were correct. I was assured that the poor reviews were posted by scammers and posters with a vendetta against the company. I now know why the posters may have had a vendetta. Milamode's representations are false and their products are not representative of what they advertise. Save your money and spare yourself frustration by not dealing with this dishonest company.

Purchased several shirts and shorts from this Chinese company. I am a size 2xl but ordered 4xl because reviews said the clothes ran small on milamode. After several weeks I received the order and was shocked at how small they were. My son who is a large could barely fit in them! When I contacted customer service they said I would have to pay shipping back to China with no guarantee they would receive the return package! The other option was to accept a 15% discount. They clearly mislabel and sent the wrong clothing and I am out about $100. Beware of this scam company!!!

The shirts look great on the site, but when you get them they are very, very cheaply made and look horrible. I would never wear them anywhere.

Return authorization is non existent so far.. Looking like they took me for $80

Ordered three shirts 5 weeks ago still waiting for one of them. The ones I did get are of poor quality. Sizes in China are always on the small side. Don't be fooled by the photos and great designs and marketing. Do not order from this company!

Not only was I sceptical of these •••••• when I paid for the item 3 weeks ago but the failure to deliver item, the information of false statements made by bogus people on other review sites, and wether these items really exist has led me to warn people not to get caught as I did

I bought what I thought was going to be a nice cotton shirt, very colorful. The pictures made it look pretty well made, though my first clue should have been the approx. $20 price, "on sale". According to their size chart XL should have been a good fit. The shirt took forever to arrive and was a huge disappointment. Their XL was at least 2 sizes too small and the material was extremely cheap. Made in China. Once I read their return policy - very odd and vague- I realized I'd get less than half my $$ back. Very cheesy outfit. Beware- you get what you pay for.

Ordered 5 shirts months ago, after several months received 4 still waiting on the other. After many contacts with CS they quit responding to my complaints. This is a SCAM company in CHINA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Don't pay attention to the positive reviews. They're bogus, planted here by "Milamode." I think maybe it's a Donald Trump company. But the shirts wouldn't fit him.

Read the negative reviews. They're for real. They reflect my experience.

milamode is deceitful and fraudulent.
Their prosuct quality is extremely poor, tge suzing is inaccurate, their delivery time is at least 3 months.
If you want your money stolen, milamode is for you.
BTW, they have no customer service phone number, that tells you all you need to know!!

Placed order for 5 shirts back on 11/5/20, after 6 months only received three. Vendor sent message on 5/12/21 saying other items were discontinued and my original payment method would be refunded in days. After numerous emails and BS, still nothing.

I ordered three shirts and paid $95.17 I only received two, the fabric was horrible and shirts were too short. I received a $16.21 refund on the one I never received and they offered a 20% cash refund and I keep the other two items, or 30% Off my next order. Next order??? Do “not” order anything from this company, you will be wasting your hard earned money.

🙄Terrible service! Quality a flip of a coin. Sizes run small. Great unique men’s shirt designs I really want but I can’t trust this company anymore. Ordered three shirts in February. Was supposed to be some kind of discount for buying three. Was charged full price. No detailed invoice. No easy way to inquire about non discount I supposedly earned. Within a week I received shipping notice that there would be separate shipments and I would receive tracking. Then the waiting begins. Over a month later, after contacting customer service several times, the first shirt arrived. It was too small and was really cheap, like a “toy shirt” or kids cheap Halloween costumes. Contacted CS again and they wanted me to pay shipment! Or they would give me 15% off. Took it but not happy. Months later second shirt came. Colors were great, shirt was really small. Took the 15% but not happy. Now third shirt said out of stock but I received no communication about what to do. Contacted CS again because I found a shirt that was really cool to replace it. Ordered larger size and got it nearly a month later after more contact with CS! It’s June. This shirt, which I love the design of, is thin but great for summer. We will see how it survives washing. Right now there are more shirts I like but I just can’t trust Milamode. Sad. Milamode should be upfront that shirts run small. They need to get their shipping in order! Say the shirts are thin, great for warm days! They have a huge selection. Don’t sell the cheapo ones that are like “toy shirts.” Don’t sell the ones that are way off size.

I was also duped by this "company", I don't really believe this is a company at all, but a person from China selling cheap clothes. Be warned, all of the negative comments on here are SPOT ON, all of the positive reviews are from friends of Mila Mode. I ordered 5 shirts, 3 weeks ago, as of today, I have only received 2 of them. Upon receiving the 2, I noticed the quality of these shirts are EXTREMELY thin, and the size seems to be meant for a teenager, not an adult. I ordered XL, and for me these shirts are more like a Medium, they are not a true XL for an adult male. I didn't even wait for the remaining 3 shirts, I asked for a return. Like most comments on here, I was asked if I would like a 15% discount on a new order INSTEAD of returning the items. If I wanted to proceed with the return, I would be responsible for return shipping costs, and CUSTOMS FEES, I would be shipping these items to China. Most reputable stores wouldn't even question the return, most of the time they would send you a shipping label and just honor the return request. I don't know if milamode.com is a scam or not, I just think it's a Chinese person trying to make money, in a very dishonest way. DO NOT order from milamode.com, you will throw your money away.

Terrible quality don't buy here! One shirt didn't have all button holes sewn, one shirt was missing a button and the last shirt which I waited for for several weeks on different shipment was supposed to be a large but couldn't even get arms through sleeves, what garbage. It cost more to send back for refund since you pay postage to China. Will donate and warn others!

What drew me to this online storefront was the vibrancy of some of the clothing with reasonable prices as well as a good variation of sizing (especially for larger sizes). I ordered. Enthusiastically. I happy-typed my credit card in. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. The order took many, many weeks to ship (and then only because I repeatedly complained and got the same canned response each time, then filed a complaint through PayPal, at which point the order shipped). After the order shipped, I waited. And waited. And waited. Unbenownst to me, it was coming from mainland China.

The shirts arrived today. Months after I ordered. They do look as vibrant as the photos. They are super lightweight (maybe flimsy would be the right term?) but that's okay with me, all things considered.

I will not order again. Just not a good feeling about how this company conducts business (if they had told me upfront that the clothing would ship from afar and could take several months, I would know what to expect. There was no indication of that, borderline fraud in my opinion).
