This website is a scam and so is Trustpilot...when I come to the site and they know it's me, my bad review for Milamode shows on top, with other bad reviews...when I access Trustpilot in private mode, my bad review is nowhere to be seen, and the other bad reviews disappeared, too...they are, probably in this scam together!!!

Horrendous quality. Horrendous returns policy. Avoid at all costs. Nothing is the size it says. Materials used are beyond useless. Prices look good, but you wouldn't pay one pound in a jumble sale for this rubbish

Nightmare. This company is a scam in my opinion! Let me save you from losing $150.00. The shirts are see-through thin and simply unwearable. I ordered 4x, they are not even Lg sizes and would be America small. They come from China—no more needs to be said! Milamode’s return policy is a joke. They make you pay $30+ dollars and pay customs. In addition they say that they have to view the package to refund the money. But tracking numbers are useless in China. Surprise, suprise, the package is lost in the mail. Do Not do Business with this Horrific Company. Their profits are achieved by ripping Americans off.

Ordered a 2XL shirt, took forever to get here w minimum communication, finally came, it's not only NOT a 2XL, it's more like a 2XS, the I asked how to return it and they said I have to pay the shipping to return it, NOT!!!!, I would NOT recommend buying from this inferior company, products, delivery and service suck

Ordered 3 shirts, all of them the same size. The XXL barely fit my son, who is a M in the US. Additionally, the 3 shirts did not even have similar sizing when compared to each other. Next complaint, tried to do a return. They have a return policy that has a time restriction. I immediately let them know that this order needed to be returned and did not hear back from them until their own return policy window had expired (3 weeks to hear back from them). Finally, they did nothing and continue to do nothing to make this right. No refund. No credit. Nothing.

Further to my Last Review. I have Finally got my £47.89 back from this Company, after asking my Bank to do a Charge-Back. It took ages after endlessly waiting for just 3 shirts I had ordered. No Contact, and no desire to give me any form of Delivery Date. I was really looking forward to my Shirts, and had enough in the end. They really need to sort out both their Procedures, and their Technology not to mention the Contact with customers, or their Business is DOOMED! They have Lost a 'Customer' who never was Able to be a Customer. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Awful cheap Chinese crap. Advertised as cotton but all polyester, terribly made, XL is not even a Large, can't say enough negative things about this farce of a company. Disingenuous advertising. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Company ships their very LOW quality shirts and other items from California, expects you to pay postage back to China if it does not fit, or if you are unhappy with the quality for any reason, REALLY??? Terrible customer service, terrible products, run away fast. You don't need the cheap crap they are selling... I will be posting truthful reviews all over the internet until they refund my $43 or send me a return label...

Poorly made shirts. Sizes are NOT to U.S. standards. So you get small items that won't fit and then YOU have to pay for their return all the way to China!!!

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a message from this company on May 5, 2021, saying that the items I ordered were shipped. I thought my grandson would get his presents before his birthday. I was wrong!! Today is May 21, 2021. The items are nowhere to be found. After my inquired, they sent me the tracking number, which I used to see what happened. The USPS says the items were delivered in Ontario, CA, although they were supposed to arrive in NY15 days ago. I tried to contact the company, but there no way to contact them, except via email, which they take their time to answer and give you the same answer they have you before.

The reviews on TrustPilot have to be fake. Milamode is a SCAM - stay away! All the products are from China, cheaply made, wrong sizes and the return policy is a scam. When you try to complain you are dealing with a company in China that hides behind "policies" - good luck with that.

This company is absolutely terrible and I hope nobody losses another dollar to these thieves. They have childrens clothes with a 3XL tag on them and then make you pay for the return and restocking fee!! Not a chance...I will take my lumps and try to let everyone know about these criminals and hope they get the karma they deserve!!

Feel it's a rip off. Return Policy is a joke. Essentially they want to charge a 20% re-stocking fee plus add return freight to products which were mis-represented and not the right size. Return Policy never mentioned when ordering and it's for sure your satisfaction isn't their aim.

The materials used for these clothes are cheap and terrible but their customer service is worse. I emailed them regarding a return and they try and drag it out until the 15 day deadline has passed. Skip this website and stick with the better known retailers and brands.

Terrible quality fabric, and colors look nothing like their flashy ads and website. Making a return is where they GOTCHA. Though the mailing label is from California, they demand you return the items to CHINA. That will cost you almost the full purchase price. To "save you the hassle of returns", they offer you a 15% refund. So, you get to keep their crappy products, and they've got most of your money.

If you want to wait month(s) for your clothing order, then Milamode is the perfect merchant for you. On top of that, their advertised pictures are very deceptive. They display fabrics that look decent, but what you receive is not the same and also much thinner / of cheaper material. It's NOTHING like the picture ... not even close. I learned my lesson the hard way ... hopefully you don't fall for their fake pictures and material descriptions. Bad business practice to deceive customers.

Ordered shirt online size 3XL. Got a child's small. The tag in the shirt even said 3XL. No where close to the right size. Shirt was very thin and would not wear it outside. Total rip off. Don't waste your money. I would send it back but I am sure I would not get a response from these people. Postage would cost more that the shirt was worth.
